Ik but didn't Sanjana said ek he cheez 21 days tak karna to get habit of it, otherwise kuch nahi hoga inn logo ka?

Ya phir it is said in context ki if u do same thing for 21 days u get habitual to it ?

Woh kya hai na, almost 2 din mein forum pe nahi aayi thi, abhi saare threads ke chakkar kat rahi hoon, kya kya miss kar diya woh sab dhoondh dhoondh ke padh rahi hoon aur saath hi saath apna beshumar pyar bhi barsarahi hoon....tum logo ki comical chattings and idhar udhar ki gappe mujhe bohot hi zyada hasate rehte hai...chahe pura din kitna bhi stressed aur tired kyun na rahu, yaha aate hi sab bhul kar khul kar haasne laag jaati hoon aur saari dhakan yun chutkiyon mein dur ho jaata hai.
