True. I think since it's sab, they're trying to keep it funny but character consistent nahi reh raha.. I like how he has light banter with Faizi, seems natural, baki sab k sath balance nahi ho raha.

My reaction for Karan in the beginning scene was like.. aww, how sweet-remebering his bro and his habits, and by the end I was like.. why??!

When I compare it to the character sketch I have written for Karan in my FF

I am like mera wala better hai

But honestly, I am still pretty much biased towards Karan's character for some reason

I know he's inconsistent...uski discipline wali gungaan doesn't match with his taunts

But I like him...

Though I honestly love Faizi the most and then Sanju
