No it wasn't convincing in the rewatch, first time toh main Haaris ko gaali de rahi thi 😆

Danish looked like "jaldi karaa do ye, mujhe baal kaatne jaana hai nahi toh aur kheechenge" 🤣

Minal also must've told him "go and do it for us, there's still time, your one move can change everything"

Isra ne pehle do episode laga diye nafeesa aunty bolne mein and uske baad bhi isra ne fir se do episode laga diye nafeesa aunty bolne mein

Ye to last two mein raza aagaya to pace up laga warna to isra ne last dialogue show ka bhi nafeesa aunty hi bolna hai 🤣

Ok guys hear me out...just a theory but what do you think, regarding Isra being so blonde :

Minal played a vamp in her last show right? And it got such outrage that PEMRA banned scenes and was planning to shut the show.

So what if she told the makers of Jalan that you guys will have to give me a positive innocent role after Nisha so that I am not typecasted and can still be leading role material? The team is the same and they came up with Ishq Hai...decided to make Isra too innocent and lacking brain cells also and casted the actor who played the biggest grey character opposite her.

Its a win-win: doesn't harm Danish in any way and fixes Minal's problem. Plus gets TRPs. 😆

U know i loved it how Isra took multiple days to remember there is one kalank called Nafisa aunty in her life 🤣🤣

Yeah totally! 😆 because anybody who has seen Minal as Nisha - she wasnt a regular grey character - she was absolutely black and criminal - and totally had no scope of redemption, nobody would have been able to digest her in a sweet bechari role..so I say Minal did really good as the blonde Isra..because I cant see Nisha anywhere..and the character of Isra might have been written after all for image correction.

1) They themselves were done by this time. Cuz the shooting has been going on for 6 months. And this misunderstanding track has been written so bad. That there is no connect. They are finding it hard to connect to the characters and the story line. Danish once said that if he himself is not convinced with something then even audience wont be able to connect or something like that. I guess thats reflecting on the screen. The writing and direction at this point sucks. The way Danish has got a haircut the very next day shows he just wanted to save himself from any possible extention. Or just that Ishq e junoon shooting has started and he cant wait any further cuz Ishq hai has taken more time than it should have.

2) Puruuu will be happy to hear this. Its all a plan. 😆

Usually when they start such tracks, they make the ongoing scenes very vague. And ask actors to emote in a certain way so that they can turn it around later in their favour while connecting the dotes. Only in flash backs do they make it all come together. And then you are like oh!

But i feel still if it was a plan also, it is in the director's hand to not make the present scenes look jarring or like they have no connect. aabis has failed here. Even if he makes it all look good with flashback, you have ruined audience's interest for 8 to 10 episodes.

Ek humara Danny boy hi hai jise lover boy hone mein typecast hona pasand hai. He loves all the attention man. Ladka is self obsessed. And knows he is damn fine. Toh woh kyu apni jawaani waste kare. 😆
