So right now I have 2 vipreet predictions - either Adi is clueless and Imlie does the unmasking or else Adi is faking being upset at Imlie and does the unmasking himself without Imlie knowing. Either way, by may calculations this will go on for another 2 weeks give or take.

I think is the second one… adi is many things but he is also a staunch truth seeker.. he will prob still be mad at sk but if he heard what sk said before he did the deed then he knows someone somewhere is out to hurt him and by extension imlie .. and GM also said that the track will change and how everyone will react to this events and that his and imlie relationship will move forward… not believing imlie about Didi is not new as the ostrich has buried his head in the sand since so long… I am hoping for a change in direction with the second option… it seems like an adi thing to do and not worry how the audience would react to his treatment of Didi .

So agree with everything you wrote here, Seera ji! I see a lot of people trying to justify what SK has done to some extent, claiming he can go to any lengths for Imlie’s happiness. Does that give him the license to do anything he feels is justified? My main question here is even if let us suppose Adi were indeed two-timing, for someone who’s raised Imlie to be as strong as she is, how can SK take the choice of how Adi and her marriage needs to be dealt with away from Imlie? A father can be as protective as he wants to be, sure, but this goes into the territory of taking away your child’s autonomy to make decisions or making your child’s decisions for them. This is not protectiveness. When he called Imlie and told her to forget Adi, he didn’t even bother to tell her what happened or why. In his mind, he took stone-cold retribution without once considering how this is going to throw everyone’s life into chaos.

You cannot have it both ways. You cannot raise your child to be strong, independent and self-sufficient, then try to steer their life a certain way when you feel they’ve been wronged under a misguided facade of justice. Imlie is more than capable of standing up for herself & fighting her own battles in SK’s own words. I feel that he has put the faith that he has on his own upbringing in question by robbing Imlie of the opportunity to confront Adi. I’m not sure how they’ll pivot Imlie’s reasoning to accept what SK did even as a mistake — maybe she’ll put 2 and 2 together and figure out that it was Malini who made that call — but it’s important to hold SK accountable for what he did. Like you said, parents can and should interfere only up to a certain point and only when necessary.

What a way to mess SK’s character up 😒

Aps ji, this jail wala angle can come into play.. Chances hai ke ye poora bhi sach ho.. But i dont want Imlie to do the efforts.. What was the need of SK saying someone called n said him all that before shooting Adi..

Imlie did actually say him k DD is not the same she's behaving weird jab bhi isne baat ko brush off koya ab bhi ye karega to better imlie leave him for sometime atleast..
