Yes she would surely get jealous after his marriage with Priya. By the way why she did not marry Ram? Was it always one sided love from Ram.

So Priya goes to Akshay ka gym and catches him with Shivi. Ram bhi wahan pohoch jaata hai but tab tak Priya and Aksvi have left. Priya decides to help the lovers. Shashi calms Ram down and gets him to agree for sangeet. New entry hai.. Ram ke mama ji ki. Phir Priya ko pata chalta hai that her dad has decided to not pay the emi anymore... Sangeet hoti hai. dance hota hai..

Basically set up episode tha. Nothing really happened. Kal shayad Ram Priya milenge

I think they were in a relationship and it wasn't one sided. Don't know why she married that guy and how Ram is so okay with all this its not shown till now, probably they will reveal it later
