We know too little. Best not to analyze. I see it differently. The three in the picture took an earlier flight. Sayli met them at the airport but flew with Danish. Possible that trio had an appointment earlier or just got tickets that way. Mrs K may just have come to see daughter off.

So, I see it completely differently because we have poor knowledge. 😃

I try and comment on what I see. Sometimes there are things that others know about but do not share that makes these observations look silly. So the best way to deal with these things is either to speculate or share facts when they are known. Better to stay with facts, given the choice.

Sayli's mom traveled with her..remember seeing n insta story with both of them inside the flight..

I don't disagree with the sentiment, but Mrs. Kamble's pic that we saw was after the check-in area. And as Niyati13 pointed out there was also the pic inside the flight. I believe Danish would have flown straight to Hyd - there was quite a time lag between the first pics and the pic with Danish.

Some more overanalysis on this.

In the post-finale joint interview between Mrs Kanjilal and Mrs Ratnamala, Mrs Kanjilal had mentioned that she sees all of these people as family and that is why she was comfortable with "leaving my daughter under their care". That would mean that the presence of one or two mothers could have been comfort enough for AK's parents to not travel to Mumbai and Hyderabad.
