No, Pallavi told him it was Keerti. He didn't want to believe it at first but remembered Keerti lashing out at him.

I don't think Pallavi's past will be revealed so soon, we'll just get bits and pieces for now. Then again, the way they revealed Raghav's past in 1-2 episodes out of the blue, I won't be surprised. Let's see what mystery they have in store.
