As far as I understood in KD, her intention to leave the city is just to be away from virat/CN and depression. She feels utterly lonely and hopeless. She loses her confidence, her drive to do anything, and she just wants to go back to her village perhaps to feel closer to her aabaa and their memories together.

After Pakhi and Samrat get together , Sai and Virat fight at night. The next day , there was some celebration and Sai decides to go to college and studies in her room since morning without taking part in the celebration, Virat gets angry . To stop her from going to college ,he locks Sai in the room but Sai escapes through the window.

College transfer is later on, but never has she told that she wants to leave her studies.

After they return from the place where virat was transferred Sai became depressed because of his misbehaviour . Virat’s birthday was also celebrated when he beehives rudely and later on the college transfer and accident drama continued.

Even in GC when she said she no longer wanted to pursue medicine, it was in a state of grief and depression. After losing her father she had no will to live, let alone study.

Virat locks her because he wanted her to attend some function at home and she wants to go to college to talk to the dean. He doesn't find out about her intention to leave the city until much later in KD.

In KD we see how dedicated Sai is to her goal. Eventually after all the MU, basically Sai is essentially seen devoting herself entirely to medicine and service. In KD when she finally separates from virat for 5 years and when they eventually meet its at the prize ceremony where Sai is being awarded for her service to the community as a doctor.

Sai does care a LOT about her education, the dream of becoming a doctor is both hers and her father's. Sadly her life in CN keeps in interfering with her headspace in such a toxic and negative way that she is depressed and suicidal. In KD she says she has lost the will to live because of how badly everyone treats her.

It'll be unfortunate if the makers trivialize this matter.

Its also unfortunate to see how people misinterpret and misquote things.

Really there is going to be a leap of 5 years..? Is kt after the pregnancy accusation or before? And how does the relationship of samrat and pakhi go post his return in KD? because I far as I have read here..pakhis real intentions will only come to forefront to CN clan after her pregnancy accusation…before that she will somehow get away will whatever she will do somwhow…

And for how long will Virat be this rude to sai according to KD?

So here also we won't get her monologues about the reasons?! So lack of monologues may be the reason why ppl are misinterpreting that track!

kusum Dola is kind of repitive.. I don't think Vanker will change anything because he seems to be getting everything easily by google translating.Shruti Track will be the final nail in the coffin.. Already I won't be able to put up with up coming manhandling drama.. Virat and Sai is nothing like Rono and Emon.. Sai is way more composed when she is emotionally messed.. Virat is extremely emotional and sensitive man...i really loved how she had handled the trauma when Virat ousted her.. She didn't shed a single tear.. Nervous breakdown is bound to happen because she so much emotionally dependent on Virat than she knows it herself.. Her fall will happen.. But for this I don't want her to quit studies because all along whatever she has been enduring will go in vain...

Then we have shruti track.. It is to prove Virat's high sense of duty.. But at the cost of his own family....If a man is so dutiful that should begin from their family.. He can be indifference with his wife for several reasons but pregnancy is time when a couple actually enters at another phase.. It's NOT she is pregnant but it'd they are pregnant
