Just because you behave in a certain way it doesn’t mean everyone does. What do you mean you can’t buy freezing and women are strong? This has nothing to do with woman power. There are weak women too and weak men as well.If you believe that weak people deserve to be molested/murdered/assaulted because their fault they aren’t strong then I don’t know what to say. Pallu not being careful is bad for her and no one else so I don’t see why you are blaming her. You might think that this is only about Pallavi but it is really about women and in fact everyone. Weak or not, no one is at fault for being assaulted.

- Swapnil is s stranger to her. Why she didn't recognize him is another debate. We can make a separate Pallu bashing thread for that. But point is, he is stranger to her. Why would she tolerate his flirting ?

- Sunny is an abusive, mysoginist who repeatedly insulted her husband and threatened her. Why would she tolerate his behavior?

- Mandhar is the guy she declared her love for (as a trap) and is about to get married to very soon(again to trap him). Tolerating him is part of the act because if she doesn't it'l blow her cover. She still managed to be in control of things on a nunber of occasions such as the massage incident, photo burning etc Today was a one off incident where she was caught off guard. Ofcourse, from story POV it was important for Raghav to witness that and understand what she has to go through everyday living in that house. So that he brings his focus back from teasing her to doing the job he is there for.

I'm impressed by all your responses today. Seriously look at the posts where people are talking about weak women as if it is their fault. No one should be harassed - men as well as women.

This is wrong on so many levels and to think of there being real people out there facing this on a daily basis. Pallavi is a fictional character jiske liye we get so tensed, I can't even fathom how difficult situations are for real victims.

I, honestly, very genuinely, want to know that your posts are a case of you throwing around words carelessly or you actually think like that?

I agree to your point in the context of the show. However, let's take some liberty here to show how despite all that it was still wrong.

Vaishali, even if she was in it for trapping Mandar. Let's say there was no act at play here. Still she froze and didn't do anything. She still cannot be blamed. PERIOD.

She's a harmless victim in all this who didn't call for it. She verbally refused his advances (should I say thank God for smaller mercies). She is not at fault.

We can't compare how she responded to SNS and how she did to Mandy.

Cvs are showing difference between how we treat insider vs outsider. SNS is outsider for Pallavi so it's easy for her to object him and family will trust her over SNS.

On the other hand Mandy is an insider. No one will believe her without proof because D family will trust Mandy over Pallavi.

In real life scenarios too its easy to fight strangers than predators from your own family.

That's why majority of sexual assaults against women are by close relatives family members in whole world. Its hard to raise your voice against your own family what them commit those horrible crimes

However people aren't understanding this but indulging in victim blaming. Which is very offputting. That's why so many women keep quiet about these kind if crimes in RL.

CVS attempted to touch sensitive and realistic topics via Mandaar track but unfortunately audience is not mature enough to handle it and writing has also been inconsistent and lazy at times .

I think some people like to rile others because I really can't believe this is the thought process of someone.

I get it you love Raghav and P has done many mistakes and she may be a wrong life partner for him. Heck, she may even be a criminal but still she doesn't deserve to be harassed.
