From what I decoded:

Shahzaib and Isra do have a fight (presumably over the dupatta situation, and him receiving pictures of Haaris and Isra) and she moves out to her mom's house in anger.

Then the next day he's in the blue suit and that bouquet says "To Shahzaib"...its all blurry but then neeche hoga "Love Isra". Basically Isra's gesture to make amends. Shahzaib shaant ho hi jaata hai ki utne mein he receives the second set of pictures, where Harris is blowing air on Isra's hand (he is wearing a dark blue shirt and Isra is in an orange suit). He throws the bouquet and phone in anger. He goes to Isra's place and sunaos her that "mere soch mere andaazon se bhi bahot zyada giri guzri ho tum" and he leaves the house then. Same day, Nimra holds his hand and looks at him with love. Isra's mom is seen comforting her and saying that anyone can come between the two of you now.

Next day, Isra goes to Haaris's house (she's wearing the white suit, they're standing near the car) and Shahzaib comes there, either indirectly informed by the vamps or just by chance and sees them talking. He does not know Isra is actually yelling at Haaris, giving him a piece of her mind. It looks otherwise and he confronts them, and is seen walking away with tears running down his face. Hammad goes to the office that same day to prove Isra's innocence and Shahzaib says "biwi agar bevafaai kare toh laakhon sawaal khade kar deti hai", so Shahzaib took her silence to be as consent when it came to Haaris (she never back answered at him that time, remember?).

Now my guess for this bit...that day evening mein (Shahzaib in white tee), Nimra ka phir se rishta aata hai and voh dukh aur gusse mein haan bolta hai. Ya toh ye, ya toh emotional blackmail kiya usko Khala ne. Next part should be ghar pe where Shahzaib is wearing the grey tee and says to Khala "bewafai ki koi maafi nahi hoti hai, bas sazaa hoti hai"...Khala has come to "console" him.

Iske agle din, Shahzaib comes to Isra's house. He's wearing the pink polo neck and Isra is in the dark blue suit, again talking to Haaris. He comes to her with that subtle smile, it looks like he's come to take her back (@0:06). Isra gets a shock when Nimra enters her house too, and Shahzaib's expression changes, because actually he's come to tell her he is marrying Nimra. Then he takes Nimra's hand and leaves. Isra is seen sitting on the bed (@0:02) which is from this day...heartbroken.

Now in this whole scene is it possible there is a plan? Yes. We did not know Sultan was the one who kidnapped Nageen in Deewangi, until it actually happened. And in this show, we did not expect Mummyji to be the one who would bridge the gap between Shahzaib and Isra.

Also, there is still that one scene of Shahzaib in the blue shirt in his car, walking on the road etc..voh outfit ab tak nahi dikha hai. Same goes with the scene where Isra is in the gold suit with Hammad and Haaris in white behind her.
