I comment about how much I hate characters using ship names all the time. It’s like when a couple has a kid and then they name the kid the couple name. 🤢

You know what I think? I think its for the usual shock value.

Raghav is a don, he has too much power and too many resources to be doing any funny business like he keeps on. Makers have not considered any practical or technical points while chalking his character. His disposition is like that of a don, which is what they wanted to show but to create plot twists and continue the dramatic flair of the story they have compromised on the technical sphere of his profession.

Raghav could have easily made his men do stuff he keeps on doing. Threatening that doctor in thay abortion track, knowing Pallavi's background and the fact of her being a widow, Mandaar's connection with both of them... in reality Raghav would've figured all of this out within days of meeting Pallavi. The trade he carries on.. smuggling diamonds and being on the top of the corporate ladder, information gathering and paper espionage would have been his kya kehte hain.. bae haath ka khel..?

And a man of his position and profression would have had enough paranoia to find out everything about the woman he keeps coincidentally takrofying with.

This is ITV's superflous logic of just showing the inherent colourfullness of a character neglecting the more technical and practical parts of the same. Raghav is shown to have a don's attitude and temperament, implied to have had struck fear among his peers and shown to be filthy rich. But when the time comes he is mostly shown bewildered by turn of events he would have easily figured out before and the female lead; Pallavi saves the day with some pretty basic and domestisized idea.

Very well summed up. Drama ke liye kuch bhi karega. This isn't a show like YPNTKH where you see what a real don can do and how he can use his power.

I think they went so far with the larger than life personality that they are having trouble incorprorating that effectively into his domestic/personal life where he can't always dhos jama.

You guys I sincerely hope this stops tomorrow. It's super cringey and there's only so much trolling one can take Hahahha.. kal party karenge if we don't get this in the precapfria

I agree. I feel bad that they haven’t given him an upper hand and the fact that he’s totally relying on luck. It pains me to see RR sidelined and Mandar shown as the superior one. I always ask, who the hell is Mandar? Cockroach.

Right now he is doing nothing, absolutely nothing. Neither is he and nor is Pallavi. Both are twiddling their thumbs.

Yes I totally get itv logic and all would end but atleast show that he is trying. Maybe he makes calls and gets let down and ao on. Like he calls detective to ask to look into stuff and meanwhile he is waitinf but he has got the ball rolling. He could ask Farhad to send someone to Kohlapure and find out about devyani and it takes time to dig into stories so then can show that yeah he is sitting around right now for a plan but he has already got it started.

Anything can be done other than showing this guy doing nothing.

I got back home and now back to writing!

Don implies mafia but they’ve never shown any of that on screen. They give him a gun and rough qualities - anger, physical rage tendencies but it doesn’t necessarily make him a don. I’m American, so it’s not absurd to me that rich people have guns or use guns to threaten others. 😂

Exactly! They say he is a gangster yet I see no gangs, neither any killings. They should have just specified he is really rich and the corporate shark of Hyderabad. That would've explained all the illegal stuff and guns lying around anyways. 🤣
