Let's relive SAAKK Season 1 together from the beginning, as we manifest a Season 2 together!

Astha’s calm and composed demeanour with which she questions Mr Bhalla about being a father is commendable. She expresses her disbelief that a father could sacrifice his daughters life for the sake of getting rid of his burden. She truly points out had Anokhi not run away, her wedding dress would have become a shroud. Good there are women like Astha in this society who aren’t just spectators passing on comments/judgements which is of no use but who dare to take action to bring in some change in society. And from Astha comes Anokhi. So eventually change will become inevitable as more Asthas and Anokhis are born.

All three men( senior Bhalla, Raja, Vineet) in one frame are puke worthy. Rama and Babli along with Astha are angels in Anokhi’s life. When they hear that Anokhi wasn’t found they celebrate this moment silently. It was a moment of victory for them that their little one is free from the shackles and is about to achieve her dreams which they both couldn’t.

Shaan does something for Noor that he hasn’t done in 25 years. He goes to college but he is dismissed by Tej that he doesn’t hold enough power for any recommendation. Poor Shaurya unaware of his dad’s intentions is pleasantly surprised to see him and greets him politely. How much Shaurya must’ve missed his parents as a child. One wasn’t with him and the other though physically present was completely absent in his upbringing. It still baffles me was the child of no importance to Shaan that he sobbed away for years or was it Devi who took over all his rights as a father? This too was left unanswered.

P.S… Another stereotype of itv broken… the female lead rescues herself with pepper spray instead of the hero jumping in to save her. Here they could’ve easily shown SS coming to her rescue but they decided otherwise.

I wish shaan and boots story was explored in a better way .There was so much potential .This episode clearly says that shaan has been longing for Noor for so long.

Sabse pehle ... Shaurya is a copy of his mother is SO MANY things! The entire fearlessness, the strength and the confidence. Same to same! 💯

Aastha is a grown, educated and self aware woman. She is not scared of 4 half witted men who only know to threaten and calls them out on their bs! She firmly knows that the law is on her side and hence she is unafraid. But the way those 4 uncouth men behaved was awful. Bhalla ji cares about his izzat bit not about what that boy would do to his daughter. Aaannnddd Raja toh..less said better.

Nikki Puttar is freeeeeee!!!!! So happy. The hit and miss again with that BGM was so beautiful! ❤️ She was holding his watch throught the journey to SIAC. Like he left a part of him with her for goodwill, guarding her always ❤️

Taking advantage of a new person in a big city. Happens to so many people. Not everyone is as brave or as lucky as nikki

To see Shaan in SIAC, I think Shaurya was fundamentally very happy. Tej toh forgot that Shaan too is a part of siac. Well not his fault entirely when you have been the absent alcoholic.

The end with Shaurya's harsh attitude🤣..nikalo Sabarwal sir...baad mein aap hi laaoge vapis 🤣🤣

Too many plots left unresolved... There were so many scenarios that I was looking forward to..

Four men barge into a woman's home in the middle of the night to find the runaway bride who is of legal age. I'm so proud of Aastha for stating facts and standing up for herself. I'm not sure why Aastha lied because it looked bad when Raja found the shaadi outfit. All the Bhalla men like to intimidate women!

Anokhi Bhalla is starting a new life and she started it by looking at Shaurya's watch! It's like he's walking into her new life with her. It's so cute to see ShaKhi in the same frame without them actually meeting! And Jo Tera Howega beginning was played! Anokhi's first experience in the city had disgusting men and dishonest rikshaw drivers. Just like her guru, Anokhi is capable of taking care of herself.

Side notes:

~ The relief on Babli and Rama's faces was so sweet when Nikki wasn't found by the Bhalla men!!

~ The Sabherwals had house help? What happened to all the Sabherwal staff later? Why couldn't these people do the cooking when Anokhi was a bahu?

~ Shaurya looked so spiffy in those shades and suit! Wonder why we only saw those glasses once?

~ Shaurya called Anokhi a pindu for the third time!

We speak a lot about Anokhi being an inspiration, but we forget that even with some faults, Aastha is very inspiring. She chooses not to sit on the sidelines. She actually stands up. She teaches the new generation with hope of a better future for them.

Yes, that scene with the men in Chandigarh, you see Shaurya getting into the car. In any other show, he would've showed up as Anokhi needed a hero and rescued her. Then they would have a meet cute. But not SAAKK! Anokhi knows how to handle it herself.

I loved that watch and Nikki combo. Since she got the watch, she's been wearing it without knowing the significance of the person. And remember during the kidnapping track when Anokhi actually puts it on.

Yes.. Shanoor story has great potential along with shastha.. everything has been compromised due to lack of time. As they haven’t explored shanoor they can do it in s2 if at all, also shastha… they haven’t shown any proper full heart to heart conversation between them.

Ss and Anokhi in one frame even without seeing each other was so impactful.. looked as if they were already connected through their souls.I love this scene so much that I have watched it so many times. Especially the bg music is so soothing to the ear and mind.
