Why IIA is not posting anything about winners?

I think in iv Rrahul was saying to Helly that best jodi award is given to some others already as Helly came late so she did not know that and Rrahul know that because ceremony was going on and IIA was declaring winners. I had really high hope about jodi award because they were leading in that reel still IIA cheated openly.
