On a serious note he needs to die as jailing him will solve nothing as he is resourceful enough to break out and cause trouble again for Raghvi and that time handling him will be tough because he cannot be fooled again as he is cunning enough to give Raghvi a run for their money. He is really a worthy opponent for Raghav except his disgusting character.
