It’s a shame to see Biji normalising a groom being drunk on his wedding day. She took it very easy and dismissed the neighbours( or is that lady her other d-I-law?) dilemma if it was alright? Our society is such that all these practices are made to look normal as women usually submit to their circumstances and men are given the freedom to get away with ill practices. When there is opposition from girls like Anokhi, they are looked down as a blot to the society. The word feminist is misinterpreted in a very wrong way and most ppl look at feminists as suppressing men instead of women who fight for equal rights for both.

Who knew that mr Shaurya Sabherwal will provide her an escape route and also saves her from being caught only to be with her later? The scene between Makhan and Ss is very sweet and gives us a brief account of a kind heart which Ss possesses inspite of the tough demeanour he presents to the world.

Happy to see that at least the guests were sensible enough to have realised what wrong senior Bhalla was about to do when babli played the conversation on the phone. I wonder what Mr Bhalla would’ve thought at that moment? He was definitely angry with the ladkewale for all their exorbitant demands but would there be any sense of happiness at all that his daughter did not fall into their trap?

Anokhi more than being happy is worried for her mother’s safety. What an overwhelmingly scary moment it would be for anyone in that situation knowing that her mother is in a toxic environment and has to face the repercussions of the happenings.
