Most countries do not have an equivalent to the taliban or a weak army like afghanistan's that relies on help of allie nations to protect their country.... that's why afghan fell to taliban hands this week.... because afghanistan army relies heavily on the help of western countries to protect their country against extremist groups like taliban's from taking over, so when overnight US troops withdrew support on Biden's orders, within less than a week taliban was able to take control of the country.

In India not possible, as long as we don't let Hindudtva nonsense takeover the country. The side effects of this Hindudtva nonsense is you're marginalizing the minorities, when someone is pushed to a corner - they either learn to live with-it or find a way to strike back. Usually its easier to instigate the younger generation, which is why we need to always be vigilant.

Afghan has been unstable since late 80's, around the time USSR tried to occupy Afghanistan - made things worse. In a way last 20 years were the best years for the common Afghani in the last 30-40 yrs.

Irrespective of how our political leaders fight among themselves, we can trust our armed forces & the intelligence agencies to thwart any major attacks on our institutions.

Yeah it had been finalised by Trump only, but some source claimed that biden is lying that trump had finalised it. Can't remember which source that is. Won't be surprised if it is a right-wing leaning source claiming that. Either way, Biden did not need to go through with this even if trump finalised it.

Yeah the hindutva sentiment that is being spread is quite dangerous actually for the peace and stability of the country because it only makes minority groups feel trapped and cornered, and not everyone is gonna sit quiet and take injustice lying down, as some may choose to take the extremist route to fight back, which is where the danger lies in the destruction of india's secular system.
