the thread is beautiful yaara! I used to watch krishna arjun... was huge huge fan of it when i was just a little girl
Didnt know that it was gorky's creation... loved that show.
I watched Arjun just last year.... i know u must b surprised but i never really knew that show like that happened on itv... it was not a typical soap... it was a master blaster series... i watched it and loved it... well until the prime team worked... just before the blast... i didnt watched it after... didnt had the heart..
I cried after they showed Riya sacrificing her life for the country... it was so natural and beautiful... but also brike my heart.
U have really done a fabulous job... because after commenting here i m going to watch that series again... cant help it... its just beautiful... this time i might end up watching whole 145 epis
This is brilliant π
I really loved reading it..
Namaste,
Congratulations on the thread! Well done!
Har Yug me Aayega Ek - Arjun brought out a fresh take on the Police force with a group of young, brave officers, committed to protect the law.
A nice show with good actors, technicians, directors, action choreographers, background music. Ofcourse, the show had its share of ups and downs.
Among many things there were couple of transitions or dare I say, ironies to point out.
1.) ACP Sameer Rathod is at loggerheads with his once best friend, ACP Arjun Rawte (protagonist) for being unable to protect his other best friend and Arjun's wife Roshni Rawte. He does not believe in the existence of Sikandar (main antagonist) but possess/hides a hard disk that potentially has information of the guy.
Ironically enough, he leaves ETF Mumbai apparently due to a transfer, only to appear in the end in a changed avatar with a file containing information of the antagonist.
2.) ACP Arjun Rawte is summoned for an enquiry for manhandling an accused in court premises. The Chief, ACP Sameer Rathod defends his team member. ACP Arjun Rawte, the forever lone wolf has a tough time working with the team and even chided by his Chief to change his ways.
Cut to the case where ex-crime journalist and ETF publicist, Sakshi Anand is kidnapped and ACP Arjun Rawte approaches the Home Minister to aid and gives him an earful for not helping protect his team member & vslue their lives.
One can only wish the ETF team could have been together longer, each got his due and in the later parts, cases more pertinent and diverse.
Well, I guess, we have so many other good memories, instead.

That was one of the most wierd things they did. His character arc should've been consistent but it just went haywire!

Cut to the case where ex-crime journalist and ETF publicist, Sakshi Anand is kidnapped and ACP Arjun Rawte approaches the Home Minister to aid and gives him an earful for not helping protect his team member & value their lives.
This was another loophole or should I say they just wanted to show his desperation.
One can only wish the ETF team could have been together longer, each got his due and in the later parts, cases more pertinent and diverse.
Well, I guess, we have so many other good memories, instead.
Sad that even after getting a six month extension, they did not end the story properly.
But we can only cherish what we have. CVs ko bol bol k thak gaye... Other shows keep getting sequels, this one would too, hopefully someday.

Same here, I watched the second part very late. But it has its quirks! Especially the kid steals it all!π€
