Lazy writing - big disappointment

I had put a thread till fight Raghvi had over tracker because honestly episodes till that episode were good and I had hope that RaghVi will reunite and fight against Mandaar post that fight but things just went downhill after that .

Nowadays they are purposely giving less scenes to Raghvi,not showing their point of views,making them do dumb mistakes etc to still make Mandaar win and give him importance and stretch this track. But in all this they’re ruining RaghVi , Raghav and especially Pallavi - the main reason people watch the show.

- Raghav : Sorry but RR is not back in his element yet , Raghav is intelligent man, he caught onto Mandaar’s fishy behaviour but what did he do after that 🤷‍♀️ he kept making some dumb mistakes again and again till the day Pallavi finally left Rao mansion . Even now he isn’t doing much , makers are just making him shout or cry throughout this track, he isn’t that cold, calculative Raghav who trapped Pallavi to take revenge for Kirti.

His outburst and hurt is totally justified but I wish makers showed RR doing something else to expose Mandaar rather than just showing scenes of him drinking , it’s getting repetitive.

Pallavi- she had no proper knowledge before she got to know about tracker , but what about after their fight ? She didn’t care once to think about challenge ? She organised manglagaur for Raghav , kept a fast for him so in my opinion her feeling disappointed in morning after at Raghav’s absence was okay (till she made that call) even Aai didn’t tell her whole thing , but what about after their phone call ? She didn’t care to think why Raghav thought she told Mandaar to take her to room? Why was he so angry and frustrated? Like nothing ?

Writers / makers just didn’t give that call a proper follow up ( as precap scene was not included in today’s episode )

Pallavi these days is shown just doing work in kitchen , giving Mandaar medicines etc doesn’t think about things happening around her .

This was not how Pallavi was . Is this the same Pallavi who understood and felt Raghav’s pain before even Mandaar came in ? She acknowledged that Raghav doesn’t deserve all this back then to krishna , what happened now? Why is she not thinking about Raghav’s feeling even after his emotional outbursts over call?

Why are they butchering female lead so much to give a villain importance ?

Pallavi would never forget about Raghav’s award function, she might miss it due to issues but would not forget it , they are totally ruining her character.

Raghav though not in his form yet , his behaviour and hurt is justified but whatever Pallavi is doing now has no strong and justified reason apart from makers just over exploiting her kindness and reducing her to dumb character.

Being kind yet having voice of her own was Pallavi’s strength, makers are doing her dirty by making mockery of her kind attitude like this. I am so angry at writers for doing so.

They are also giving her so many bad dialogues these days. They don’t show her point of view and then her dialogues also don’t have clarity 👎🏼 how are we supposed to feel for Pallavi and connect with her with such lazy and stupid writing .

RaghVi - Their USP is the way they communicate . Mandaar is successfully cutting off their communication, sometimes by doing drama seeing her talk to Raghav, by drugging her , cutting Raghav’s calls and clearing her call log etc. That’s his job , he is villian .

But RaghVi aren’t communicating on their own too. Pallavi doesnt call him thinking he won’t pick up ? Hain ? Please tell me this Pallavi is an imposter.

Pallavi who didn’t shy from beating up Raghav because he was ready to send her off is not calling him because she assumed he won’t pick up?🤪

Writers why are you so lazy ? This is dumb excuse for letting Mandaar get upper hand and RaghVi fight ?

Only 2 times they successfully had chance to talk without Mandaar’s interference,but there was no follow up on those conversations from Pallavi’s side. Why ? Were those angsty calls just lollipop for viewers? Because no progress happened post those calls .

They did so much drama on 150th episode only to brush it off easily ? Why ? To keep Mandaar for some more time ?

Writing of this track is huge disappointment.👎🏼

Makers mentioned there is good suspense behind Pallavi’s past so I excited about it .

This suspense was introduced when Pallavi mentions her marriage happened in unusual circumstances as there was a death before she got married to Mandaar , then there is mention of her friend Devyani but again makers didn’t reveal much and viewers were left wondering.

Now suspense behind Pallavi’s past could be interesting but whole execution of Mandaar track and how much of drag fest it has become is a big let down.

I was waiting for her to reveal tid bits of past when Raghav asked her what if Mandaar remembers his love but her dialogue I will remind you of your love though sweet kind of disappointed me they should have disclosed Mandaar and Pallavi’s past in bits and pieces rather than showing Mandaar lusting over Pallavi in every episode.

Pallavi in recent episodes is not Pallavi I have seen and loved for 100+ episodes, writers are finding easy way out by ruining her character to accommodate Mandaar .

Having said that , now that Sandip has promised change will come and it will be RaghVi vs Mandaar, I hope it’s logical and not rushed just to make fans happy . Before going against Mandaar , Raghvi need to sit down and talk.

Writers better not make this a habit though , of dumbing down leads every time they introduce a villian henceforth.

Instead they should just make villian powerful enough to have capability of troubling Mr and Mrs Rao .

Your views are all that I could have expressed myself. Very poor, lethargic writing of script and characters. The characters now, have no nexus to their own version till 130ish episodes.

Finally, the only takeaway is make villans stronger, not leads dumber to give upper hand to villans. That's all. If that is taken care of then the battle/story can be interesting.

Couldnt have said it better....I dont understand why they have to make her look so dumb.

And yes exactly after that fight on the phone and Raghav telling her what he saw, why would she not follow up with Aai and ask her what happened. Also Raghav said her baba did not let him meet her so she could ask Aai. There was nothing after that. Then Amma came and invited her to awards and even then she never called Raghav to wish him or just to talk to him because he would have cooled down by then.

Also please explain to me why she cannot step out of the house? Like why cant she go and visit Raghav for lets say lunch or something or invite him over. Why cant he come and have dinner? Lets say she went for a pag phera rasm, wouldnt her husband be allowed to come and have dinner? and why could she not go get her clothes? He could have also come and brought them over for her and had dinner at the d house. Also did she call him to ask him to pack the clothes? If he did on his own then why did she not call to thank him.

The usual Husband wife calls, texts and chats are totally missing. It doesnt even look like they are married. She has a MIL for gods sake who she hasnt even bothered to call and ask how she is.

That whole Mangla Gaur festival was rushed so fast and then the whole mandhar scene was stretched till it made us sick. They could have showed her greeting her amma, spending some time with raghav. I mean she hugged him for two secs and then was ready to go out as everyone was waiting. It would have been nice if she hadnt said anything and he would have said, should we go out. It would have showed how much she missed him

Anyway, I am so disappointed....I had watched Kahan hum kahan tum and they butchered that the same way when they separated the lead couple.....why does that have to happen in ITV? Seems like its written in their rule book somewhere that couples have to separate atleast once during the whole show. WHy cant they ever show a couple standing together and communicating and fighting against the world......

They can have misunderstandings who doesnt but solve them together. The whole raat khatam baat khatam was for what? and we will be so close that not even air cant pass thru us....Total BULL

The writers that are writing Pallavi's side of the story and dialogues are not the same. SHe is definitely not the same girl who took a gun and threatened a cop just so she could end up in a cell with Raghav. Jaha Raghav hoga wahi Pallavi Hogi......total lie....bakwas

I believed this to be a bit different but alas its the same as any other show. I really was hoping and hoping that she would attend the function. I didnt watch the whole episode just forwarded to see if she came and she didnt. 😭

I then just went back and watched highlights....was too sad...

Makers have ruined Pallavi. I just want Pallavi to say heartfelt sorry and show in her acts that Raghav is her priority and not like attending Mandar calks etc...and it would be meaningless if she says sorry after Mzndar exposure then I can't just take it. I want her self realization...about her priorities but I have very less hope...they have made Pallavi so insensitive....bordering a villain of her own love story if it exists

We all toh express and criticise everyday but I hv seen you put up positive posts till late . But your disappointement speaks volumes of how the viewers are feeling even after trying hard to be patient.

Star Plus cvs are writing the track and Siku's team is executing it.

Very hard to believe that Sandip Sickand is ignorant about his own work that every year he slips into amnesia and doesn't even know what and where he has gone wrong.

KhKt is an example and he wound up his prime time show last year.

When channel executives take over they really don't bother about the story or character arc. If trps are not forthcoming or take a beating, some standard protocols are followed. Out here it's the third angle. However the manner in which it's done depends on Siku and he has messed it up by trying to making Pallavi "Mahan" The ultimate sacrificial lamb.

Given Sandip's experience, he is a writer himself, I wish he believed in women empowerment.

I thought of sending a msg to him in insta but stooped myself.

Today’s episode was the worst episode in butchering the show.

They continue to show this crap for next 2 weeks trips will come down and show will end by mid sep.

did the writer and director did even think once what they are showing

From Pallavi side once also they did not show checking on Raghav’s where abouts at least texting him or the unwilling promise she made to spanking Buddy and blaming Raghav for not taking her kudos to writers to for ruining it.

This track has been very exhausting and with each passing day there is not much to look forward to.. I got done yesterday in a few mins where I just went straight to the precap as I can’t handle this Pallavi character anymore.. writers have definitely not used their brain cells while writing Pallavi’s character. I hope in the name of track change they don’t give us too much romance which would be even more exhausting to watch at this point where I don’t see the two as a couple anymore after what happened yesterday .. it would take a lot of good writing , direction and editing to wash away the damage done. Pallavi ‘s character needs to be fixed with less cheesy dialogues and a redemption path .

I loved the Pallavi of June-July time frame. Since August, her character is highly unlikeable. Grey shades are okay but totally dumbing her down is not okay. Makers are taking us viewers to be senseless and gullible and that we wont notice if they keep putting 2 minute romantic scenes in between.

And why cant Pallavi go out and meet Raghav anytime she wants? Whats stopping her? Why does she have to babysit a grown up man who also happens to make her current husband unhappy and who has his mom, dad, and entire family of cousins to take care of him. Why does she not investigate where he was 2 years. No talks, nothing! Full time slaving away in the kitchen like a nanny for her ex. And then she gets angry at her current husband for asking questions and getting concerned.

She forgets her husbands award function, forgets that she is responsible for RR mansion and her mother in law and Raghav's well being as a bahu and wife and also runs away to ex husband when her wedding photoshoot is going on with her current hubby whom she claims to love. Any one watching this show will be put off with this behavior of hers.

Also why did the good director have to leave? He at least made the episodes have a flow and watchable with good camera angles and lighting. This new director gives straight shots and less finesse and conitnuity in shots. Writing is equally bad. I can only imagine how frustrated the lead actors must be playing this character now.

Yes, the same makers did the same butchering to Rohit and Sonakshi in KHKT and mid way audience lost interest as well.
