You mean the topic got locked. It's due to lack of activity in the last 3 months. I would suggest you can create another topic and ask fans of the show to join the discussion.

Since IMMJ was continuing with rankings, I thought we continue on the list till we stay in Top 10..

What are criteria to decide if a show deserves a forum or not? I have realized couple of zee tv shows never having a forum...
