They do have option. Do you know Ranjana who puts vlogs and is working as assitant director for IPZN? She is actually an actress, not a popular but she is a small time actor. She said she is workign as a assitant to director now because she wants to learn behind the camerra thigns as ewll which will help her in her acting.
