Angad was excited to go to Kripa's house for shagun. He spent next two days in good spirits by enjoying in academy. Kripa was allowed to speak to Angad for five minutes a day. Avantika, Gayatri and Kripa went for shopping for Friday's arrangements to honor the groom family.
Naina arranged a trip for herself to Delhi on purpose to avoid the 'shagun'. Devyani warned her several times in all means but she was adamant in her decision. Dilip convinced Devyani to take shagun with help of his daughters.
Aaliyah and Anittah wore saris on Devyani's request and with her help too. Angad got ready in Navy blue zardousi embroidered sherwani and Dilip in grey suit. Kartik wore sky blue sherwani and Dadi in Peach colored Maharastrian silk sari.
Avantika and Gayatri wore maroon and green Pune silk saris respectively; both tied their hair in French bun. Kripa was dressed up in peach color gagra on Avantika's choice; she braided her hair with flower garland overlapping it. Avantika bought filigree work big necklace set for Kripa for the occasion with matching bangles as her gift to her prospective bahu.
Kartik couldn't inform Misthy and Prithvi as both were with Naina on the travel along with Damini.
Avantika was upset for Naina declined to bring the shagun. Dilip tried to convince her and Avantika was in tears "Dilip! Yedi main tumhara baat tab hi sunliya hota. Aaj mera beta ka life itna tension mein nahin hoti."
Devyani consoled her "Avantika! Jo hogaya tha so hogaya. Beetey huvey baton ko bhul jao. Abb Angad ki maa ki roop mein yeh shagun tuhi Kripa ko dedo."
Kripa was excited to see Avantika in her mother-in-law place. Avantika pinched her cheek with affection "kyon abb tumhari khwab puri hogayi? Meri bahu banker mere ghar ajao aur Angad ko sambhalo." Kripa blushed at her blessings. Angad hugged Avantika with one hand "Mom! Kripa ki khwab ki barein mein toh pata nahin hai magar mera khwab toh puri hogayi hai."
"Avi! Aaj main bahut kush hoon. Tumhara bhayya ka sapney puri hogayi hai; Tumse nata jodney ki sapney. Aaj se main tumhey 'samdhan' kehkey hi pukaroongi."
Avantika hugged Gayatri "jaroor bhahi! Suhangan ki sapne toh sapney hi banker rehgaya magar yeh sapna toh jaroor puri karungi."
Devyani stroked Avantika's head and gestured Dilip to put sindoor on her maang. Dilip was startled and Devyani pressed his arm "tum donon apne jimmedari samajh tey hai na phir darr kiss baat ki? Abb tumhare beech koyi nahin ayengey. Angad ki hisaab se tum donon pati patni hi hai. Chalo, Avantika ki maang bharo. Usse Angad ki maa ki status per yeh shagun ki rasam puri karney do."
Dilip followed Devyani's instructions. Avantika was in tears for the unexpected respect and cried. Dilip consoled her and took blessings from Devyani and Gayatri along with Avantika. Angad was in seventh heaven and carried Avantika and swirled. He repeated the same with Dilip. Aaliyah and Anittah didn't like Devyani's decision but had no guts to speak against her.
After their excited celebration Devyani instructed them to finish the formalities of 'shagun.' Avantika put red silk sari that Devyani brought with her on kripa's head and gave gifts. Gayatri honored the groom family with her gifts with Devyani's help.
Angad and Kripa took blessings from all elders. Kartik, Anittah and Aaliyah congratulated Angad and Kripa.
"Avantika! Pundit ji ne bataya ki engagement ageley mahina pandrah(15) tareek hogi. Tab tak main Naina ko mananey ki koshish karungi. Agar na hongi toh bhi tum taiyyar rehna ki saari rivaazein puri karney ke liye."
Gayatri, Devyani and Avantika discussed about the arrangements of the wedding while Dilip and Kartik gave their suggestions.
Kripa silently went into the kitchen and Angad joined the elders. When elders ignored him and continued their discussions, he skipped into kitchen to join Kripa for arranging dishes. They both hummed, mumbled some songs with giggles, kisses and sweet pinches on cheeks intermittently. They didn't even notice that all elders were enjoying them from the kitchen entrance. They both blushed when all elders applauded their adorable performance.
Kartik left with Anittah and Aaliyah after lunch as both young ladies had some important appointments.
Angad wanted to take Kripa out but was satisfied spending time in her bed room as Avantika refused to give permission. "Kripa! Shayad aaj hi humara engagement hojati toh. Main tumhey har roz milsakta tha." Angad expressed his dissatisfaction by pulling her head down onto his face. He rested his head in her lap as lay on bed. Kripa kissed his forehead in reciprocation "Don't keep so much hopes. Engagement ke baad aur bhi security tight hojayegi. Aunty bilkul humey nahin milney dengi. Anyway ek museebat toh taal chuka hai. Abb engagement bhi hojaye, adha shadi hojayegi."
He caressed her lips with his fingers "adha shadi..phir adha first night bhi hogaya toh!!" he bit his lower lip with mischievous looks. Kripa blushed "don't you have anything else to think than THAT?"
Angad circled her neck with his arms "aur kya sochoon? Iss umar mein ishq ke siva kuch aur bhi sochte hai kya? Meri pyari mere paas itna nazdeek hai aur main kuch bhi nahin karpaa raha hoon. Socho kya guzar raha hai mere dil mein. Mere haal ko samjho, darling!!"
Kripa giggled and shyly hid her face neck. He rolled her on the bed and cuddled in his arms. He kissed her lips with passion. His hands played havoc on her body and savored her mouth until both suffocated without breath. Both chuckled at their crazy passion and exchanged kisses.
Angad leaned back on head rest and pulled Kripa on him as cuddled her in his arms and locked her between his legs. His hands were playing all over her body while talking. Kripa was enjoying the sweet shivers and goosebumps over her body with his warmth caresses. She closed her eyes and hid face in his neck as her fingers tickling his jaw and ears. He kissed her forehead "we are getting many offers, Kripa! Kab wapas aogi? Mom ko manalo. I don't want to do any performances without you now."
Kripa smiled as caressed his cheeks "Shadi tak rokna hi padega. Phir bhi try karungi. Abb Naina aunty ki bina hi baatein aagey nikal rahe hai toh shayad humere barein mein bhi itna restrictions nahin hona chahiye."
While they were in deep discussions about their work Avantika knocked on the door "Angad! Dad wants to leave." She sounded Angad should leave now too.
They set their clothes properly after responding to Avantika's call. Kripa set her hair and blushed when Angad stared at her. He cupped her face and stroked her flushed cheeks with his thumbs "pehley yeh blush kum karo. Tumhari chehra dekh kar wo log yeh toh jaroor sochengey ke kuch toh jaroor huva hai."
She pouted her lips and pushed him away. He laughed aloud and heaved breath out. Kripa checked herself once again and walked out after leaving him in the room. He followed her a little bit later.

At Khanna house Devyani informed Naina about shagun and the date of engagement. Naina was furious at the news. She kept herself in distance from Dilip, Angad and Devyani. Three of them were felt sad but didn't force Naina to behave normal with them. Aaliyah and Anittah were warned to zip their lips at the news about Dilip and Avantika. They were silent as they knew how Naina would react. They were also sympathized with Avantika and Angad since they knew the truth though never expressed.
Angad was busy with his usual schedules. Kartik frequently engaged him in the joint venture preparations. Misthy and Prithvi were also joined him. Angad was initially embarrassed to speak freely to Misthy and Misthy hadn't also taken initiative. They both behaved business like.
Damini was eager to arrange for engagement but Naina didn't show equal enthusiasm. Naina couldn't tell Damini about Angad's love affair. She didn't tell her about the shagun either. She just bite time with merging arrangements. Damini was worried if Naina took advantage of the talks for joint venture only and ignored the promise completely once the two companies merged.
Ten days after shagun, Soul music Academy and Avantika music academy were merged officially and retained Avantika music academy on the earlier agreement on Angad's request. Damini and Naina together arranged a small party to disclose the merging news in public.
In ten days Angad, Misthy, Prithvi and Kartik became good friends and involved in their joint event agreements. But Angad still had no knowledge about Kartik and Misthy relation.
One day Kartik and Misthy came to Angad's academy to check the selection of the next concert. "When is Kripa joining back the academy?" Misthy asked with a smile during selections of lead singers. Angad shrugged. Kartik laughed "kahan Misthy! Yeh bechara toh din mein ek baar hi uss sey baat karpa raha hai. Avantika maasi ki darr hai ki kahin Angad bhi mausa ji ki tarah Kripa ko chod de."
Misthy smiled "I'm not in your way Angad phir darr kiss baat ki? Naina aunty toh abb chup ho gaye hai. Main baat karoon Avantika aunty se?"
Kartik patted her shoulder "that's a god idea why don't we all have a lunch together today? Iski bahaney uski selection bhi hojayega aur humara kaam bhi." A glimpse of happiness flickered in Angad's eyes but immediately he refused "nahin Kartik! Mom won't agree. She knew that I'm trying different ways to meet Kripa. Mom bhi uski saat ajayegi. And I don't want to trouble her. Bus ek do mahina ka baat hai. Phir humey koyi alag nahin kar sakta hai."
Misthy raised her eyebrows at Kartik "iss se kuch toh seekhlo."
Kartik shrugged his shoulder with twitched his eyebrows "mainey kya kiya. Sab kuch tum hi toh karti hai." Angad was surprised at their comfort at ease. Misthy shyly smiled at Angad's suspicious looks "we are in love, Angad!" Angad was surprised and greeted them with happiness.
After the selection of the performers, all the three went out for lunch. During lunch Misthy and Kartik expressed their fears about reaction from Damini and Naina. Misthy told him about Damini's reaction and the announcement was as of its outcome too. Angad sighed after knowing it and wanted to disclose it in front of both mothers so that their problem might be solved together.
Kartik warned "Nahin, Angad maasi might react in other way round and throw me out. You know my whole family was depended on her and very grateful to her. I cannot break their trust and break away from family. First let you get married to Kripa then it would be much easier for us to get into knot."
"Kya farak padta hai, kartik! We already decided to get married and everyone was in our favor except Naina mom. She might change her mind after knowing about your love interest. Anyway I will involve seriously into your matter too. I think I have a solution for all of us." He made plans in his mind instantly.
