Is Shabd a cult classic?

This movie was ahead of its time and didn’t get the proper recognition. Maybe because the starcast wasn’t so desirable. 😉 What do you think?

Shabd flopped because it was a snooze fest and it would still flop if released today.

Actors were so bad in the movie…

Honestly movie was so poorly made and boring.

I should be. It took me repeated viewings to understand how layered it is. What the movie lacked is a coherent execution, also the casting of Zayed almost derailed the film and some random cringey comedy scenes. But Sanjay and Ash really lift and bring sense to the film. Also the styling and set design is awesome.

NGL I only watched it for Aishwarya's makeup and saris, but wouldn't watch it again
