I did like the fact that the idea of compromise was brought up and discussed but for them to follow it up like this is so silly. You’ll see what I mean.

I understand Shiva doesn’t want her to compromise just because they are married but that gives him no right to act like this.

This is worse than his unintentional/stupidity of ruining her self respect by treating her as a commodity for kangans. At least there it was due to Mamis probing and impulsive decision that he didn't mean it. Here, he was plain abusive. Arghh.

Honestly I was waiting for the other way around today ... Dev punching Shiva for his misbehavior

The only person who made sense was Rishita and Dev in parts (if we can accept his apology from the bday).

Keeping aside what he did at the wedding, Dev is right. Shiva humiliated Raavi. And he’s pushing his insecurities onto her.

Things are not working out because he doesn’t want to see reason and make them work out. Dev isn’t a saint but in this scene, he does bring up some valid points.

Why so much self pity from Shiva? He even said the family can go celebrate without him. The writers are doing a really bad job with one of the most amazing characters on this show,
