Zero. He is always trying to act witty and clever but ends up being rude. God forbid an actress tried to do this, she would be slammed left and right. Actresses are called rude for blinking at the wrong time during an interview. Abhishek still has people who defend his behavior.

It's sad how much men get away with! Even in such an industry.
I personnally think Abhishek's response was appropriate because true be told, why would the "journalist" ask this question during the promos of a film?
It's not an in depth interview in which the actors can talk about their career choices and up and downs.
First of all, what is the point of that reporter who was taking such open cheap shots in the name of asking questions?

But he snaps at reporters/fans/audience like this often. And it was a simple question, imo. People get asked all sorts of questions during promos. People even get asked about dating life during these events (and that REALLY has nothing to do with their profession).
Akshay and everyone standing around him look so uncomfortable at the way he's answering.

The question itself is very below the belt. I mean, what exactly did the reporter wanted to know which he already didn’t know? This isn’t about dating or partner even which can have debatable responses. This is literally about his dwindling career which is right in front of everyone. The reporter wanted to have some fun kicking the already dead horse and he did.

Eek, I hope not. To me, it sounded like the reporter was just asking him if he has any solo projects lined up next.
It was a nasty question, IMO. Taunting a man for not succeeding! The journo was being a jerk and a half. Abhishek doesn't have SRK's gift of a quick tongue, so his answer didn't come across witty, but he was not at fault here.

It's not because they ask these questions that it's appropriate.
Also, (it has never been confirmed) but I think Abhishek went through a difficult phase at one point and people kept on harping on that he was a failure. It gets tough mentally and emotionally and everyone is bound to snap.
He was compared to his parents ; his wife ; Hrithik...
Also, secondary roles became interesting for lead actors at one point. Saif's in Omkara is one of his best according to some.
