Your post is perfect and spot on. Yes, it was full of subtlety. I fully agree with you. Sai is still confused but now she has started to question Virat's behaviour. And, she's unable to ignore his repentance too.

@ bold: this is what frustrates me as well.Why cudnt the cvs dwell a little on that dialog of Virat's. Is Sai was in doubt or was clear that Virat was Pakhis, she should have told him that at that point! Told him because of ur vaada. Bcoz u r Pakhis! May be Virat would have cleared her doubts then and there. But no they had to drag it again!!!🤦
