But padosi show was always in danger of shutting down so they must have rushed...

Ok...so perhaps KD had confession much later than a year probably..

Yes, from what I've heard and the bits I've seen, from anniversary until confession was a major pain to watch in KD. I guess the big tracks once Sai finds Samrat on the anniversary trip will be Virat getting sick, Sai seeing Virat and Pakhi in a cafe and misunderstanding, Sai wanting to transfer colleges, Virat stopping her, Sai getting into an accident and going into depression because of her love for Virat, Virat taking care of her, then Virat wanting to transfer, Virat going away...and then finally Sai going to his new transfer position and confessing on his birthday...... so we still have a lot of hurdles to overcome...

But throughout it all, their feelings for each other will become more and more clear which is why it will hurt so much...

@blue Haaaaaw! I saw about 20-25 episodes - I was trying to leave ghum ganja and migrate. 🤣The dialogues, production values were very good. I left only because both the lead actors did not connect with me at all. But it did have a story yaar..dedicated fans swear by the screenplay....supposedly shows a great character arc of the ML who is also flawed. I was actually sad that show shut down, because the team had decided even before the show started that they would not introduce any plot for the sake of TRP. Unlike our show.😡

Going by the popularity of the show, how come it didn't become hit like ipkknd? Ipkknd was also primarily romance (that genre is never a TRP grosser) but it was around 3 or 4 in trp position...

IPKKND was never in the trp charts. Only the initial months maybe. But it was popular outside India as well. And it was definitely much popular then the other show. And arshi chemistry is out of the world yaar. Too good. Without dialogue also they their chemistry would ooze out. And that is why so many parts were made with sanaya and barún.

Yaar, I am dreading it in many ways too, but I know that NeilSha are going to make it so beautiful and worth watching. The tracks are painful, but there is also going to be progress now... they won't backtrack like they have before. I think we will be able to better understand where they are coming from... and the angst will be a treat to watch...

@bold: Well I'm glad you failed, because this forum wouldn't be the same without you!! ❤️ Achaa you are talking about professor wala show and I am talking about mehendi show 🤣 Either way, I guess the same thing is true with both of them... it is quite hard to connect with the leads. Everyone loved the leads of IPKKND and the rest of the cast too... I think that's what set it apart. Those leads have some of the most loyal fan bases...

Our director actually left to go to mehendi a few months back and it really shows.... he was behind all of the most magical SaiRat moments we got...

I looked at those years ka trp chart and looked like it was among top 5 - I could be wrong. Arshi were 😳. If it wasn't there in trp top 10, how come SP never shut that down?
