One way will be to everyone to get google form by DMs.. on the form they will have to write their name and time of receiving DM. That way authentication ho jayga!.. So no one will have to share email id or google id on these forms.

You can just send the link of the forms to people. That way you won’t have to collect emails. Anyone with the link can access it. When you click on Send in the form it offers an option to copy link.

Also for authenticating, include a field (or a question) that asks to input the IF user name. And make it a required field. That way you will know who sent the response.

And when you open the ‘responses’ tab on the form it tells you to link it to an excel sheet. So whenever someone sends a response it automatically gets copied on the excel sheet so you don’t have to do the hard work.
