Thank you! I'm glad you found the questions interesting! I get like this about this era of movies and the people behind making them too. It's an era I'm passionate about, but I'm curious as to what stories behind the scenes you learned about, especially the gut-wrenching ones. The drive to tell good stories was there, yes, but a lot of them came into the profession because of the money it brought in. It wasn't the most sought-after profession because it wasn't socially accepted, especially for women.
But I agree about the quality and the talent. Variety too. Not all of it was good, of course - but the good ones are worth revisiting over and over.
I think it's important to keep in perspective the times these movies were made in, the social setting, and the production technology (or lack of) when judging them for content or anything else.
🤗
Ikr!! There are certain movies that are so beautifully made.. we had a film club in University, we watched films like Pyaasa, Pather Panchali, Manthan.. a lot others and the discussions we had 🔥🔥🔥

I am happy seeing a new thread.😃
I wish I could be more active.. 😒
This game turned out to be more interesting and informative than any other sheep game I particibated in. As a Indian movie lover I came to know about many actors and movies which I have no idea about.. 🤓
I am really struggling with this round. It's a fight between heart & brain. Heart says one thing but brain says it may not be the most common answer so brain recommends other 'popular' person 😆 Don't know what to do.
Yeah I know I don’t seem like person who feeds or sings the kid to sleep. But I do it in my own style. 💯

But yes I actually enjoyed the questions, except for one I answer them from the top of my head.
Masha Allah. Very fast.
I had to search for 2 hours to find the answers.😆Now I am afraid I'll be giving many unique answers.
I am glad I am not the only person who have little informations about Indian actors of 50s.😳
