I thought that too, which is why I think Ahaan has abandonment issues rather issues to do with LOVE. Basically he doesn't know who he is in actuality. We are finding about his real personality just the same as he is. He is someone who values love and family. I still think for him the Rhea pregnancy news hasn't sunk in yet. To him, it is still a thought; which will probably be real once he confesses to Ishqi.

It's not wrong of him to ignore Rhea; he did set up a ob-gyn to monitor her health and the baby's, so we know he probably is getting their health reports periodically. But he is being distant because while she is carrying "his" child, he is still married to Ishqi and cannot be around Rhea's orbit much as that wouldn't be right until all parties know the truth.

I think more than Dadi, it will be Ishqi who will point out the reality - which may cause her to leave Malhotra house. More and more i think it will be her letting him know while she is leaving his house, she is not leaving his life or heart (and vice versa). It will be more to do with how Ahaan felt as a child growing up without parents, and how life was for her as an orphan. These parallels will be drawn by Ishqi to make him realize the baby is far more important than any of them.

Currently there are so many characters, Kartik is also not gettign good screen space to Bhola ko kya denge😆. I wish Rhea exits soon and then we can get all Malhotras with Bhola

What would be Dadi's punishment? If Savvy doesnt want to send her to jail then what? Will Dadi continue to stay with Malhotras?

There are two important things in this case.

1. Ahaan is not really Mahaan. He is selfish person who loves his family a lot and cares for them. Now Ishqi is his family so his first concern is always about her. His Issue with Savitri is that she cheated her husband and disrespected institution of marriage which he regards quite highly. Then she abandoned the kids as well. So his marriage with Ishqi making him choose her over Rhea or baby. In Ishqi-Ahaan-Rhea, it is Ahaan who is Savitri and Rhea is Suraj but Ishqi is victim (his father). In Mayank-Ishqi-Ahaan, it was Ishqi who was Ssvitri😆. That is how he sees the situtation.

2. He doesn't remember it. I think it would be very difficult for males to get emotionally attached to a baby when it is not with their life partner and Ahaan not remembering anything is not helping his situation either. It is very realistic that he is distant from baby and Rhea. He is said he will take responsibiliyt out of morality and not emotions.

Ahaan is selfish person who always thinks more about is family than others. Ishqi pointed out it to him durign Jagrata. So Ishqi will always be his first concern. He tries to do right thing but not at the cost of loosign his loved ones.

Yeah...you correctly pointed out him being selfish about family and keeping them in his priority list

@bold, I agree...this could be the reason for his lack emotions for the baby

but some how if he was married to Rhea and Ishqi got pregnant with his child, he would not have taken more than a nano second to dump Rhea and marry Ishqi🤣

In precap it has shown Daadi's room so she will stay in Malhotras

Maybe Savvy's idea of punishment isn't necessarily connected to punishing Daadi legally. She might just want to bring the truth out to Ahaan and Sonu so she could finally reunite with them, and make Daadi realize that she failed to succeed in her evil plans. In the end, it's ITV and no matter what, Ahaan has idolized Daadi all his life so I doubt him or Savitri will be going so far as to put her (as the the eldest and most respected family member) behind bars.

lol yes - it comes down to intimacy and proximity. Despite Rhea as a gf, he never let himself close to her, emotionally or physically. With Ishqi, despite his mantra of keeping away, there were few times he crossed that line of intimacy / physical proximity.

Ishqi is such a refreshing FL ... i love her humor and wit
