this holds true for the general trp too..nobody knows the criteria for the population chosen or what kind of survey was implemented....and there are so many loopholes...

and the urban and rural counting has so much difference ...given the taste for content....

Indian tv will get back the quality it had pre saas bahu days only when trp system is scrapped and shows come with a story that has a conclusion within a set time.

And what she's essentially stated in this particular tweet is the formula for generic percentage.

Say Denominator is 500 (the whole target audience)

Numerator is 50 (the number in that audience who watched)

TRP is essentially 10% [ (50 *100)/500]

Just a suggestion to those who might want to add their piece to the edits thread that Kanika posted.

Try and back it up with screenshots and timestamps if possible. Videos would be the best, but obvs not an option because of copyright, so stills and video timestamps perhaps the way to go.
