Maybe that's why she will try to use Rhea to separate Ishqaan. But if show is getting extended it feels too early for dadi to know Ishqi-Savitri connection.

If Rhea mentioned her pregnancy (possible as Dadi could ask a counter question as to what she was doing in the hospital), then Dadi might forget about the "other person" in her excitement.

But with Kyun Ginny, Ha Sarlu in the BG, I'm not sure Rhea will mention anything about it. If it was a Rhea-Dadi meeting alone, then perhaps yes.

Do agree that it might be too early for Dadi to know about Ishqi-Savitri connection if the show has to run for a few more months.
