Unexpected endings

What are some movies whose ending totally shocked you? As in you didn't see it coming. Also name any movie which had an open ending or even if it ended on a cliffhanger and it sort of disappointed you?

I can instantly think of Talaash. Loved that movie ❤️

But gave a resounding shriek when I saw Kareena as a ghost inside the car 😆

It was totally unexpected.

Kahaani.. when we learn in climax that Vidya Bagchi was not pregnant at all.

Nice topic..While watching movies about which I have a beforehand clue of being a mystery/thriller , I tend to not make a conscious effort in surmising & conjecturing about the ending so as not to spoil it (or the whole experience)..

That Girl In Yellow Boots

Ugly

Raat Akeli Hai (in a different sense albeit..Idk how I got this strong impression that the movie is horror..The impression was so strong that even after the last scene , I keenly watched the whole credits with yet some faint hope of a horror twist in the scenes that run in between..Whole thing turned out to be a horrible prank instead)

There could be more..

Bahubali 1. I know part 2 is coming but didn't expect that ending. Sort of cliffhanger until bahubali 2.

I didn't realize Aamir would end up being the scientist that Chatur was bragging about getting to work with at the beginning of the movie
