I don't think Pallavi knows the depth of his emotions.

It's his first marriage, first everything with her, unlike anything he experienced with anyone else so he wants it all to be special from now on. He is frustrated because once again, khushiyan uss tak aate aate rasta mor liye hain, as has happened to him in the past.
