Good morning🤗 I am good how are you I read somewhere you are having pain and dont want to go in for surgery TC and why not try some alternate treatment then allopathy I tried Ayurveda and many of my ailments got cured now I take a combination of Ayurveda and allopathy

I had rly bad hip pain few months back which I had to get cortisone shot
But now pain back I’m to sacred 😰

I had this shoulder ache ,back ache, knee pain and same hip ache on my left side two years back I had this Ayurveda treatment for one month after that and a strict diet lot of my pain disappeared now I is very sporadic. I did not want to go through this pain killers and treatment but it was at the starting stage so I feel I got much relief through Ayurveda ,
