Didi propping up aside - she said not one word when Apu was going off at Imlie - not one word! What was the point of her so called award winning performance in the PD temple if she cannot say a single word in Imlie’s defense? And Adi’s dialaogue on she has done so much for them was I am just going to ignore that dialogue of Adi as something to give her screen time.

🤣🤣🤣 Oh damn yes, who can ever forget that qayamat level of performance from KALPANA JI🤣.......

Baaki toh she says the same token line every time about "I'm feeling so bad for Imlie" and Adi also buys it like a moron toh hum kya keh sakte hain *shrugs*.....lol no one ever points out ki Didi bas bolti hi hai, actually kya karti hai to defend Imlie? Token lines from Malini are counted as gold medal level efforts in Adi and Imlie's eyes😆

Aaj ka toh pura epi hi zone out kar lo for your sanity I say.....next week they will start with a whole other track anyways by jumping into bahu competition zone😆.....Saturday/Monday epi ka I doubt koi connection bhi hoga khaas other than maybe an Adi-Imlie follow up scene....lol but who knows if writers feel that is also important to show.....BFF ke saath discussion zyada zaroori tha for Adi😆

even the Adi-Imlie hand scene was good because the actors are good actors but if the purpose was to prioritize didi for 10-15 mins of an episode, it just makes the essence scene fall somewhat flat. Yes, if I put aside the bheja fry of Didi propping up, GM-ST did their job in the brief Adilie bits.....especially have to say ST was just SUPERB, man.....she barely had any lines today and you could feel Imlie's pain coming through palpably especially on hearing Aparna's ugly words and Aparna wishing her to go away.

That is why I felt bad that ST's lovely, nuanced performance was diluted in the propping up of Didi bakwaas.....har dusre second panning the camera to her loser bechaargi waale faltu expressions was just killing the vibe.

Felt bad that ST gave all this layering to Imlie's pain and it was all wasted in makers ka need to just keep filling time with Didi ke faltu expressions.

Not to change your thought from your previous post - but I think this best bahu competition is Imlie’s way of winning back some respect from the society ladies 😆 after all the nonsense they said today, they might turn around after the competition to genuinely praise imlie - this could be the reason for this competition.

I guess Imlie is going to get some kind of pep talk either from Adi or later on from Rupi/Pallavi and that is what will make her decide to prove herself best bahu through this competition 😆....dunno if she is doing it to win over the society ladies.....those women don't seem the type to ever respect a so called naukraani......Imlie apna point prove karke nikal legi and loser society ladies jalti/sadti rahengi😆......baaki Aparna ke bheje mein shaayad jaaye baat thodi si.....that's the most you can expect....society ki soch toh badalne se rahi.

Small thing but it was good Pallavi stood up for Imilie against her mom. She is def proving to be a consistent steady supporter of Imlie who is speaking up more than Rupi Di 😆😆

LOL yes, it was nice how Pallavi tried to handle her mom's reactions in the middle of the awkward situation unfolding but I had to laugh at the level of sadmaa on Pallo ki mom ka face🤣.....within 2 minutes she had to process so many shifts - first she's being told ki Malini dost nahin, Adi ki wife hai.....then Adi's like nope, meri wife toh Imlie hai🤣......and this Auntyji is just left mouth gaping ki yeh kaisa ghar hai jahaan maine beti byaah di😆

Aparna ne itna bhi nahin socha ki in logon ne khud Malini ko as dost bataya tha in Nishvi ki shaadi and ab kaisa lagega trying to claim her as Adi ki wife?😆......kuch bhi chal raha hai basically to drag Didi in for forced relevance again....lol

Writers pulled their usual volte face in desperate attempt to prop up Didi again after her irrelevancy got too well established in previous consecutive epis😆......suddenly her reference needed to be inserted in every other alternate dialogue today and suddenly a token AM scene also had to be inserted in the end with Adi acting like woh roz BFF ke baare mein hi sochta hai😆

Adi declared Imlie his wife publicly today and it barely registered😆.....cuz everyone was busy propping up Didi from A-Z😆......Imlie's suffering was once again totally nullified in the need for everyone to keep either propping up Didi or apologizing to her.......lovely end to the week😆

Didn't you see her suffering martyr expression where she was enjoying hearing from other people how rich and sanskaari she is and usko Adi ne phasaa kar rakha hai?😆......or the oh so "dignified dard bhara" expression she gave over Aparna insisting she do the aarti? Divorce toh dekhte hain kitna follow through kar paati hai Didi.....let her gather the guts to grant so called BFF ka "favor" first of doing his sifaarish to the family about mutual divorce.....she will keep giving these Despo Devdaasi expressions towards Adi throughout this track kya? Extra cringe zone hai aajkal.

You think those expressions took the cake? I think the last line was the cherry on top. “Main Imlie ke liye bahut kuch karna chahti hoon lekin Aditya ke liye mere feelings beech mein aa jaate hain” like really? And we are supposed to buy into this behen prem? It is amazing that she she literally came running because Aparna lied that Aditya wanted her there. Then she went on to take a saree that she gave her. Then wore that saree and strutted around. Uske baad took that arti ki thaali like a bheek ka katora and stood ready to do whatever with a man who has told her time and again that she is not his wife. Those martyr-like expressions are not gaining her any brownie points from me. She walked into that setup all on her own but still came out triumphant after getting apologies from Aparna 🤷🏻‍♀️

@bold - this episode pretty much cemented the fact that we might never ever get an arc that does justice to Imlie’s turmoil and struggles at all. That is solely meant for Didi and her slow motion walks. They went into her mind and spelt out every single thought in her head. Similar to the suicide track. She is the only victim according to the makers looks like.

Re divorce: I think it will be circumstances rather than her taking any action on it. They can drag Imlie’s bebasi drama for a couple more weeks but uske baad aur kya track kar sakte hain? I mean we might get some cringe inducing KC Didi romance but what else is there to focus on if it’s not the divorce. I’m not expecting her to talk to the Tripathis at all. Even without doing an iota Aditya already tells her she has done so much for him and Imlie toh I doubt she has to do anything anyway 😆
