Also when you trend or contact the support etc, it only reaches to their Customer Support, which is most likely to treat your tweets as spam & may even mute your accounts (many companies do this).Support doesn't take decisions. Top management does. Contact their business heads.

I was looking at their bios and those two seem the only relevant people here. People are already tagging him on twitter and Ig I believe. I think Alakh also shared his email from the EDKV forum.
