The head injury looks like Raghav got from a screw which looks mostly blunt. It can cause scalp injury at most and if the makers want to make it look a little more serious then a mild concussion if he hit his head on the wall and require hospital visit for tetanus shot and observation but paralysis and memory loss will be too much yr digest nhi hoga itni si chot se.
