So Virat leads Sai up to the room to a room full of balloons, chocolate and candy floss on the bed and that ruby red outfit. Its really sweet how Sai is like- this is my fav color, how did you know and Virat is like- i know everything about you, even things you dont. Kaafi exaggeration hai because if thats the case, koi MU hoti hi nahi but appreciate the sentiment. Its more that this is how Virats wants it to be. He wants to notice every teeny detail about her even if its not verbalized. I am a little bummed that the necklace is back without any special gesture of Virat tying it for her. I guess we need to assume Sai got this along with the outfit so she knows Virat got the necklace back. She looks overwhelmed with the surprise. When she snaps him out of his daze to ask him to leave, he looks so cuty confused. Sai is like- only if you go can i get ready. Lol! 😅 But she is literally at a loss for words. All she can do is thank him.

I love the look Virat had when he spots her in the outfit and the way he extends his hand for her as if escorting a real princess.

Harinee gives Sai the sash n tiara. Overall its a lil tacky but in the situation, Sai is definitely the star of the evening, so she deserves her sash n crown n it doesn't seem to be off! ♥️♥️

And then theres pictures. Its interesting how Virat and Sai look for reasons to click family pics now. Both of them are proactive about this. Its so heartening.

The dance of Sairat is too short n edited such that you dont really appreciate their closeness but this is a REAL dance in front of all. So thats a big deal. And trimurti gang are irked that virat is dancing with his own baiko. 🙄😡

The highlight of the epi is definitely Sai imagining Kamal Sir. Its a beautifully done scene. Sai imagining KJ is basically her inner voice telling her out loud her own deepest desire and truth. Basically sai is overwhelmed with how much her Virat sir cares. She tells herself to not have any expectations from him coz its only a zimmedari fir him but his avtions give her hope that this is beyond just a zimmedari..she wants to be with him forever. Its interesting that the KJ of Sai's imagination made her promise him never to leave virat because separating from him is like a flower separating from a tree- both will wither away without each other...but it bothers me that before she could make that promise to the imaginary KJ she was interrupted by Virat himself. It seems like a sad foreshadowing. That Sai will hold herself back from giving in to her true desire to be with virat forever until she feels like their relationship is a REAL marriage for him. He has done a LOT but that one line - telling Sai he wants a REAL marriage- thats actually the biggest gift he can give her.....

Anyway virat sai scene when he comes to snap her out of her imagination is nice. The editing of this Sairat scene however is SO poor that thet make it so apparent that the guy hugging Sai is actually a BD n not neil bhatt as Virat because the back of his head is completely different. Anyway but in the scene Virat tells Sai he knows she misses KJ and must be happy to see her wherever he is, Sai lets slip that KJ is very happy with him. Awww😍 theres a sweet private hug in that moment where Virat wishes Sai a happy birthday. In between the party and shor sharaaba they found 2 minutes for just themselves. I love the rajesh khanna impersonation- Sai i hate tears instead of pushpa i hate tears.

And aai does Nazar n kaala teeka of her 2 babies! ♥️♥️

Then we get cake cutting. And as soon as trimurti open their mouth they ruin the positivity. You feel like slapping them. But Sai is such a sweetie, she doesn't sulk, instead in Sai Joshi style shes like- there will be no cake cutting and no cake eating unless you get your ass up to actually stand for the cake cutting and sing the song. Lol. Bhukkhad like omi will definitely listen to that. 🙈😅Mansi bua also tells these jokers to join. Mansi bua is the only older person who is the voice of reason.

Precap had been same for 2 days but it'll finally happen tomm. Tomm PP will hurt our dewdrop by pushing her forcefully instead of just swallowing ber ego and "maturely" fulfiling an obligation by taking a few minutes to stand in the cake cutting.

I really hope that we get an outraged Virat. If they make his reaction thanda I'll be very let down.

Going to leave another comment here because I feel the need to vent some things. We have already discussed everything that was amazing with the episode, but the editing lately has been an absolute mess. This type of show on Star Plus should not be anywhere near the sloppiness we have been witnessing. First it was the green room hug that was cut short, then it was didi interrupting SaiRat's hug on stage and us being unclear what that was all about, and today.... it was the worst of all. I understand that actors need to take breaks and have their own personal life, so the use of body doubles is necessary from time to time. But, what made them think it was a good idea to use a body double for a scene in which we were getting a close up of both Sai and Virat? That too, it would have been such an emotional and beautiful scene otherwise, but the obviousness of the darn body double ruined it all. Like, seriously, the back of that guy's head looked nothing like Neil's. Do they really think we are that stupid? Other than that being super apparent, the entire hug was just a mess. They should have just removed that scene altogether and added in a hug in the bedroom scene if they wanted- when both Neil and Ayesha were available.

Anyways, like I've already said, overall very touching episode. But these types of things keep spoiling the mood lately.

Absolutely. I just vented in the discussion thread about this. Its unprofessional of the crew- makers editors to do such a shoddy job of their editing. This is their work, the show is on prime time tv, the production cost and revenue is a big amount. This is not some amateur gig where we can say- oh good attempt.

What is the point of a BD that looks NOTHING like the actor. I mean its ridiculous and it ruins the flow of the scene. Voh toh hum Sairat seh itnaa pyaar karte hai ki we just try to look at the big picture but these repeated ruining of thr highlight scenes of Sairat by editing is not ok. They either abruptly cut short hugs, intimate moments or capture it such that it looks so distanced or they use BDs which make it obvious that the actors are not actually in the frame together. Credit to neil/Ayesha for still emoting well enough to engage the audience.

This episode shows that sai has crossed one more milestone in her marriage with virat. She realized something more for her husband, the attraction! She received his actions for her in a different way today because he made her feel special and by understanding that she also felt he is special for her. 3 things that stood out that showed me this

1. In the room, she was thankful that he did everything of her liking and the thank you was for remembering all her favorites. She accepted all his gifts unlike the first time when she questioned why he bought so expensive pendant for her. It was the acceptance that he considers her special.

2. I would like to think that she wearing pendant is her choice☺️ He would have given it to her sometime. I think so because Aai pointed out specifically that she wore her husbands gift and Sai’s expression confirmed that she chose to wear it. She realized it is indeed a special gift from a special person.

3. and finally the bump during the dance and the eye lock. It conveyed strong attraction for this man! She always loved him and didn’t realize it because the essential ingredient was missing. Now she found it!

I felt her conversation immediately with her father seals her feelings. It is her inner voice definitely. She wanted to stay. It hit her today what their relationship is! She seems to understand why virat is doing all this for her and the new found Feelings in her are pushing her to accept him as husband. The approval from her father is actually her hearts approval that she has fallen in love and doesn’t want to leave this man. It is very beautifully done!

But but the vaada is intentionally left unfulfilled. Because Sai’s insecurities are still there! Now with her realization of what he means to her, she will need more assurance from him. This is the time he has to confess to seal her love and erase the insecurities. Because any small MU or transgression from virat will cause her more hurt 😞

I also felt that she was holding back near the dining table in showing her love in the form of a hug or endearing words because she is hesitating. What if… still remains in her mind. I hope virat doesn’t mess up her expectations while gifting her the ring. But again, if he doesn’t mess up where is the story?

Ps: I term today’s episode as critical in the story because it is today sai realized her feelings. Can we say that safely?

yes that’s the last milestone they should cross. The trust. They fell in love but to sustain a marriage trust is key. Next phase will be that only. But I also hope they show it differently.

It is really beautiful how you point out that Sai accepted all of Virat's gifts without questioning it this time. It goes to show how their relationship has progressed and how Sai considers Virat her own now. I definitely noticed the look of deep attraction in the bump during the dance as well. It was a look of such passion. And of course, her conversation with abba really brought to life what she is feeling towards Virat, but it also highlighted that she is still experiencing an inner turmoil between her love and Virat's zimidari comment made before their marriage. Today's episode was yet another one in which I felt as if all of the pieces are coming together for SaiRat to finally be together as real husband and wife. I know we will have to wait a month at least for the confession based on KD, but I am really hoping that the ring-gifting scene takes their relationship in yet another step forward. It would be absolutely perfect if Virat could tell her that this marriage is real for him- in fact, that would be the best birthday gift of all. Sai will finally be able to give herself permission to fall in love and accept her feelings then. However, that will probably not happen. Anyways, looking forward to how the makers handle it!

Yeah the thing with ring gifting is both will be super careful to not to mess up. 😳 that’s the problem. They should just let the hearts play out but being guarded, they bring in the minds!

and trust me confession is not a month, 3 months!
confession comes much after samrat returns.. so patience there! Will not be an easy ride if they go by KD.
