Building/real estate/construction is perhaps one of the shadiest businesses out there in India- unscrupulous & unethical. Cut-throat competition- literally unheard of to make it to the top ethically.

Even with the introduction of RERA, no one in India (or at least Mumbai from my experience) expects any kind of building to be constructed in the time frame they originally advertise it to be built in, and folks therefore very wary of putting their money in under construction projects.

EXACTLY.. and Delhi NCR jaise jagah main..its even worse. Full on gunda gradi waala kaam hai.

My PG owners were in real estate (and itna kuch tha bhi nahi unka).. they had body guard 24*7 with a huge gun 😆
