Well not for Indian TV..Since Sai was sick, it would not have been romantic, but he would caring towards her.. They can add anyway..when they can add irrelevant hand holding and whispering scenes...that would have made sense anyway.. Sai was feeling dizzy then so he could have picked her up to get her to bed..rather than cutting the scene when he made her get up..showing UM, mohit and KArishma, back to Sai on bed.

KD PhD holders can put light into this. Other wise I do NOT trust Vanku 😵.Viru boi may drop our morning dew❤️ if he sees didi glaring I am afraid .

I don't count the hospital scene..Virat looked quite drained carrying her in his arms..😆 There have been scenes where they could have easily incorporated this..but have still tried to not have it in the show..Toh batao beheno..aakhirkaar kab?

Actually it was somewhat unreal. These forced marriage couples usually hate and scold each other openly but will keep falling on each other and have a stare contest for five minutes 🙄
