It was only because Shaurya promised Anokhi that he will support her in her career and patched up with Aastha, Anokhi agreed to marry him.

But looking at Shaurya's behavior, I think his love is fake.

They are trying to change the soch by showing such scenarios I feel…I’m curious to see how this gets unfold. It’s quite relatable.I’m just thinking how about shaurya saying to badi Maa “name change ke liye apply kar deejiye lekin anokhi ka nahi mera naam change hoga”.🤓 I know I’m expecting a bit too much but I feel this is the way to make them understand who don’t understand that’s it’s pointless to change the name after marriage.

I personally didn’t change my surname after marriage in any of the documents nor I don’t prefer getting me called with my in-laws surname…and my husband was not so convinced with my way of thinking but I made sure he understands my point of view. I’m born into my father’s family and I made an identity with that…I’m so attached to that feeling,pride and identity that I belong to my dad and I’m his lineage. Believe me nobody could convince me in this aspect of change in surname.

And I was also take back when shaurya shouted on anokhi. That was fine until he is stressing about punctuality but he wouldn’t have told u will always be right and badi Maa is wrong, learn to manage otherwise leave it….this was not so nice.

I think why we are feeling overwhelmed is because all of these issues are not faced by one woman in one house. Some have some problem, others have other. But these issues are real. I am a privileged woman, a lot of them are not. So many women get married at the age of 18 in this country, they struggle, they are in pain and still manage to make a living. 🙌🙌 Amen. People expecting only Shakhi scenes and a ton of romance are missing the whole crux of the show. They’ve presented before us so many issues a woman faces, be it married, single or divorced. Be it as a mother, sister or as a wife. Be it from a privileged class or not. Of course not everyone will identify with each of them. I might not have gone thru or relate with a lot of what Anokhi went thru, but that doesn’t negate her experience for me as I know there are several other girls who might’ve faced a similar situation. Like you mentioned it’s not necessary that the execution is 100% right all the time, but by bringing these issues they are atleast making us think, talk and discuss about them.

How can a third year degree student be qualified to do a teaching assistant job in the same institute? One needs to at least qualify Post Graduation to be a guest lecturer in any college. That blunder was laughable... She is NOT at all qualified for the job.

@Italics- Many.. It is surely more prevalent than EMA, 2 marriages, Paatal lok, Naagin, Punar janm, Child marriage, Bride swap etc etc etc etc..
