@bold - This looks like most likely.. Raghav ki shoulders or back mein hai blood.. no blood on the front part of the shirt... keerthi ne apna wrist cut kar diya hoga, so when he carries her with hand over the neck, then the blood would be only on shoulders and back and not in the front...
