Tbh I didn't really feel that bad about the hand holding part, though I do agree that it could have been easily avoided, but it felt more like as if he was desperate to shut her up. And if we see Pakhi's reaction, she too wasn't all that happy, maybe initially but then she again made that gloomy face. But then again, the actress is also mashallah. We can easily interpret her expressions however we like.
But ek baat to sahi hai, these creators show unnecessary creativity when it comes to Pakhi and Virat. Let's hope that they don't do that here. Nahi to yeh ho jayega ki jahan hum nahi chahte ki ye KD copy kre, vaha krte he, aur jahan chahte hai, vaha khud ka dimaag lagate h.
She made a sad face at the end because it was all for Sai, not because he held her hand. The problem per se with hand holding scene is the continuity or say lack of it in their relationship/equations (Virat-Pakhi). One cant normalize it in the name of , it was just the part of that moment.
My issue is what they are doing to the character Virrraat w.r.t Patralekha, since the time the whole harassment issue came up....This is the same Virat who stopped Patralekha from touching him in the hospital, from getting away from any kind of friendly touch she offered him with. What he did today with Patralekha was a gesture of friendly touch , was a friendly closeness. He could have done to anyone Karishma, Sonali Bua, or for that matter a sali as well if he had any. Audience have seen a lot of shows where the relationship between Bhabhi and devar, Sali and Jija have been loved. The bond loved more than the brother's or sister's bond in the show.
However like some are pointing out, he is holding his SIL's hand, well unfortunately she is not just his SIL. She is an ex who has showed interest in him after marriage, who has rebuked him for loving his wife, who insults his wife on a daily basis, who holds no regard for her husband and his brother, his Jeeva. The relationship is not just of BIL-SIL or friends. Why would a man who was jumping away from a particular person's touch has to hold her hand and go that close to a person to whisper. He any way was standing more close to her than he was to his wife. It was too close for my liking considering she is the same woman who he felt uncomfortable with. They are not friends anymore. Why do they and Virat keep forgetting what Patralekha is. Why give her a leverage to come and hold his hand get offended later on.???At least make him a bit more perceptive in that regard after what all has happened.
Also I believe CVs need to keep this basic issue in mind that, in family scenes he is always standing closer to Patralekha than Sai , even when the two ladies are on his either sides.
ANd what was that romantic music that they usually play for the lead couple, being played for Virakhi? CVs need to get over with their obsessions with these two. It spoils the mood of the episode and one is unable to continue.
