Thats sad, Anup played body guard in Dil bole Oberoi (I am not sure, his gram has videos where he is wearing uniform stating that) and I have watched vms from that show, he was such a catalyst in the protagonists' love story. Here too he could have been an aid to Ishqi in her plan of tackling with dadi and getting justice for Savitri.

I think I saw him in the season 2 of Ishqbaaaz, not sure though. He was different from other Gul house helps. Similar to how Rajat brought a certain charisma to Karthik, there was a different charm about the way Anup delivered the dialogues 😒 I'm sure he could've been useful had they not just dumped his character like that🥺

yes, I had started watching and was posting episode wise reviews but I realised that I somehow forward a lot of parts of the show so now I am posting about the scenes as soon as they appear on the screen.

and yes, Ishqbaaz ka season 2 is dil bole Oberoi (I think) they had made two separate shows later, its all very confusing to me who has only watched some promos 😆

Dev has lived his entire childhood in poverty and his mum had made sacrifices for his betterment, while Sona comes from a pretty good household- loving family, decent earnings. Dev, as you might know, builds a successfully business and they move into their new house. The story starts with Dev's mother needing a nutritionist to look after her diet, and Sona is recommended by a doctor. He literally takes her job away for her to say yes to him and she finally gives in. As time goes by, Dev is fixed with another girl while Sona has realised her love for him. I think just before the engagement or so, he realises he loves Sona so breaks it off and they confess. They keep their relationship hidden for a few days until his mum and them come to know. Anyway, even though unwillingly, Dev's mum gives in and they get married. Now, Dev's mum is that typical mum who wants her son's entire attention directed towards her and wants to be the first to do anything for him.

This serves as conflict between the trio and I'm not to sure of the exact plot that follows but from what I know, Sona has fertility problems and they consult a doctor and all. Fastfoward, theres a huge misunderstanding between them due to which they divorce and sona finds out a few weeks later that she's pregnant and all. 6 years later, they meet again and Sona is a successful businesswoman while Dev has turned into a vagabond, who loves his cousin's son dearly.

Dev and Sona's daughter, Soha, meets dev at school and they form a bond, and few days later he gets to know she's his daughter. In a confrontation with Sona over this she says she came back when Soha was 6 months but his family didn't let her in. Anyway, Dev starts staying at Sona's place (they doing this for the sake of their daughter) and fast forward they reunite.

I don't know much of the plot next, the show ends with Sona giving birth to a boy.

I understand,

Supriya ma'am is a legend, she brings in skills from stage and Shaheer has worked a lot and in various genres, he started as a Disney boy and has done period dramas too, the only person who lacked experience and skills was Erica, but if you will watch Kasauti Season 2, episode 1 with SRK's voice over, she sucked there too 😆
