At Hoshiarpur.....

Geet is overwhelmed and confused as she starts pondering over what her mother said about her relationship with Maan....

Geet tries to ignore her words as Rano is ignorant of the current situation and about the fact that Geet is actually about to marry Dev...'

Geet gets angry with her babaji for testing her like this....

Why should Maan come back in her life?

Geet knows that she has no right to question Maan's role in Aditi's life though....

And the sudden marriage announcement with Dev?

That is not anyone's fault but hers, haina?

Geet is fully aware of the fact that she has made a blunder in doing so just to keep Maan away, she thought that Maan would get angry and run away just like he did years back...

But she hasn't realized then that MSK has evolved after being hurt and left to suffer all alone....

It was not the first time that Maan felt alone, he was broke and dejected when Sheetal left him, but little did Maan know that anyone can affect him as much as his mother until he met Geet, or to be honest until Geet threw him away....

But Maan is someone who learns from his pains, as soon as he came out of rehab Maan was such a changed man....

Maan realized something during his rehab, he slowly understood that there are a few things that can't be replaced in this world like one's mother..... or maybe Maan is not someone who could accept such kind of replacements, that's the man reason that he started hating his father.....

Geet is yet to accept that she too is like Maan in this matter....

No matter how long Dev would wait, Geet can never be able to love Dev whole heartedly...

Geet thinks how it's strange that after almost living together with Dev for so many years she couldn't connect to him as much as she could connect with Maan even if they have not seen each other since Maan left.....

Geet's mobile rings.....

Geet picks her phone and looks.....

It's Dev.... hope everything is ok.....

Geet: halo Dev

Dev: Geet, howz Aditi?

Geet: she is fine and has slept early, maaji kaise hai?

Dev: she is back to form, just missing Aditi

Geet: Aditi also misses you all

Geet can't lie that she is missing her Mumbai life..... for she is not...

Dev: did you visit your home?

Geet pauses.........: maa aayi thi

Dev: that's great, you must be happy to meet auntyji

Geet: hmm, she was happy too

Dev: it's good that Maan decided to stay back in Hoshiarpur, haina?

Geet doesn't know of it's for the good or bad.... she is still not able to believe that Maan could kindle her emotions so badly, even worse than their first encounter....

Geet: I just want to come back

Dev: but you can't, all the roads are blocked and there is heavy restrictions everywhere

Geet: don't know when this will end?

Dev: just relax and enjoy your stay at Hosiarpur, and take care of Aditi

Geet: woh haina, he'll take care of Aditi

Geet utters those words without her knowledge, luckily she didn't say Maan but it is easily understood.....

Geet: woh Aditi ab badi ho gayi haina, she'll take care of herself

Dev: you take care of yourself, good night

Geet: good night

The fact that there is someone to share her responsibilities as a parent is slowly sinking in and Geet has already begun to feel that....

Dev couldn't sleep and he is reminded of Pari...

Pari is in Pune at Karan's place to join his family for Karan's first death anniversary .....

She must be pretty upset after meeting Karan's family....

Pari has overcome the tragedy of losing Karan slowly, but being around with Karan's kith and kin she is reminded of him again....

Pari is reeling in the past when she gets a call from Dev....

Dev: Hi Pari, aren't you asleep?

Pari: no

Dev: is everything ok? how is Karan's parents?

Pari: uncle is coping better, but aunt's condition is really pathetic, she is still unconsolable

Dev: I know, a mother can never forget her child

Pari: it's not easy to forget

Dev: you can never forget, but life moves on

Pari: howz auntyji?

Dev: she is good, when are you coming back?

Pari: I don't know, my flight is cancelled

Dev: I know a friend in Pune, I'll make arrangements for you to come back to Mumbai

Pari: thanks Dev

Dev: ok, bye, don't keep thinking about me all might and go to sleep

Pari: good night

Pari tries to close her eyes and she only remembers what Dev just said, "don't keep thinking about me" and she can only think about those words and eventually can't stop thinking about Dev

Dev tricked her to forget her bad memories at least tonight.....

Next morning......

Dev calls Pari......

Pari thinks that she is still dreaming and Dev is not going to stop troubling her......

Pari: good night Dev, let me sleep

Dev: what? halo

Dev calls again.......

Dev: Good morning Pari

Pari: what?

Pair looks at the time, it's almost 8 am.....

Pari: Good morning

Dev: good news, I've got you a pass, you can come back to Mumbai

Pari: is it?

Dev: I'll whatsapp you the pass

Pari: thanks you Dev

Dev: ok then, see you in Mumbai.....

Pari is happy that someone is there to care for her......

That evening....

Maan is sitting under the tree and enjoying the evening breeze....

Geet comes with Aditi...

Aditi: whitey aur blackey kahan hai?

Maan: woh toh apne maa ke paas chale gaye hai

Aditi: mere friends hai, mere paas hi hona chahiye, mujhe whitey ke paas jaana hai

Maan: aao mein tumme llekhe jaatha hoon

Geet: unne kyun disturb kar rahe ho? Kal subha hum chale jayenge haina?

Maan: nahi Geet, lagtha hai we are up for another lock down, this time it's serious

Geet: toh hum aaj hi jaa sakthe hai

Maan: mein abhi abhi Vicky se hi baat kar raha tha, usne kaha abhi Hoshiarpur hi safe hai, Dadi ko bhi yahan honi chahiye, wahan mamla bahut nazuk hai aur wapas jaana itna aasaan bhi nahi hoga

Geet: aur kitne din rukhna padega?

Maan: patha nahi Geet, tumme fikar karne ki koi zaroorat nahi, mein kal town jaake sara samaan lekhe aatha hoon

Geet: teek hai

Geet utna bhi pareshan nahi hui jitna Maan ko dar tha

Geet bhi ab apne Zindagi ko ek aur moka dena chahti haina.... Ek hi zindagi hai, usse apnon ke saath kushi se guzar na hai, itne din toh samjautha kar chuki hai, ab aaise koi papandhi nahi hai uske upar, jaise Ranno ne kaha, Geet ko apni milli hui azadhi ko be wajhe ki dar se khona nahi chahiye

Maan: toh Aditi ko kya chahiye?

Aditi: ice cream

Maan: done

Geet: thanks

Maan bahut achche mood mein hai... He gets a little naughty....

Maan: kiss liye Geet? Abhi tak toh meine kuch bhi nahi kiya, uss din ke trailer se hi tum itne impress ho gayi? Tayaar raho Geet, kyunki picture abhi bakhi hai

Geet: issiliye mein aap se baat hi nahi karna chahthi hoon

Geet leaves and Maan curses himself for missing the opportunity to have an open conversation with his Geet....

Maan: rukho Geet, mein bas mazak kar raha tha

Geet has gone...

Maan takes Aditi to the poultry and they come back with another pair of birds, this time swanlings....

Geet: ye kya hai? Whitey aur blackey kahan hai?

Maan: ab hum unke saath katti, woh Aditi ko pasand nahi hai, ab yahi hummare dhost hai

Aditi is all happy that she got even bigger friends....

Geet: ye aap teek nahi kar rahe ho, patha hai aapka problem kya hai?

Maan is all ears to know what's Geet's problem is...

Geet: lifetime ka pyaar ek hi bar mein dikhathe ho aur phir gayab ho jaate ho, humme mayuuz karke

Geet is talking about the past...

Geet: it's better to keep Aditi away from all this, I don't want her to suffer like me

Maan: Geet MSK ek bar kiye galthi ko dubara apne Zindagi mein repeat nahi kartha, iss bar mein tumme prove karthe rahoonga ki MSK is not a loser

Geet leaves the two to play with their new pets and she goes to the terrace to get some alone time... She needs her space to clear her head....

Next morning....

Maan slept tight for he is so happy....

Maan gets up and looks at the time... it's already 6'o clock....

Maan feels fresh and has woken up quiet early...

Maan has had a good sleep, but what about Geet?

Maan always keeps thinking about her and her only.....

Maan first goes to see what the two ladies are doing....

Geet is not in the room while Aditi is still asleep....

Maan goes looking for Geet....

Geet is not in the house.... Maan has seen everywhere....

Maan is worried, Geet itne subhe subhe kahan jaa sakthi hai?

Aditi toh yahi hai, Geet Maan ko bhi bina bathaye aaise kahan chup chupke jaa sakthi....

Maybe she has gone to meet her mother, maybe last evenings conversation ended incomplete....

Geet might have gone to put a proper end to that coversation....

Maan doesn't care what Ranno thinks about their reunion, she seems unaffected by his presence, so she also might not mind Geet getting back with him.....

Maan is only worried about Geet and he doesn't want her to go to that place where there is no respect for her even if that is her own house.....

Maan rushes out to find and stop Geet for he is sure she wouldn't receive a warm welcome at the Handa house....

Maan comes out and is surprised to see Geet out in the farm....

Maan is relieved that Geet isn't stupid enough to go to the Handa house.... If only she could get rid of her stupid zidd to stay with Dev whatever may be the reason.....

Geet is on her morning jogging rounds.... She wanted to finish it before Maan wakes but Maan has seen her jog around the house...

Maan is happy that she has become conscious about her looks at last and wants to get back to shape, maybe for Maan.... Maan is expecting too much in a day, haina?

Geet is actually thinking about what Maan said about Geet having put on a little weight and from that moment itself she wanted to shed those extra kilos which is the reason for Maan's complaints....

So, eventually she is doing it for Maan only....

Maan likes to join her....

Maan: good morning Geet

Geet turns back and looks at Maan....

Maan: Geet, rukho, mein bhi aatha hoon

Geet is actually shocked to see Maan.....

She didn't want Maan to think that she is doing this because of him....

Maan joins her and Geet slows down as Maan accompanies her...

Maan: toh tumme bhi lagtha hai ki tum moti ho gayi ho

Geet: kya?

Geet looks at him in anger....

Maan: Geet, aaise mujhse gusse karthi toh tum aur bhi sundar ho jaathi ho, I love this Geet, irressistable for MSK

Geet: I was just looking around the farm

Maan: typical Geet Handa, that's what I wanted

Geet: you continue, I'm done

Geet leaves while Maan continues his morning work out....

Maan comes back and looks for Geet....

Geet is in the kitchen...

Maan: Geet, did you sleep well last night? Itna subhe kaise utt gayi?

Geet: haan, Ramu kaka's haldiwali dhood helped me sleep

Maan: mujhe nahi mila?

Geet: woh Ramu kaka sab ko lekhe aaye the, aap so gaye honge tab

Maan: haan kal mein itna kush tha ki mujhe patha hi nahi chala ki kab mein leita tha aur kab neendh aayi

Geet: iss jagah ke hawa mein kuch jadu hoga

Maan: nahi Geet, ye iss jagah ka jadu nahi, samjho kissi mehmaan ka saath ka jadu hai

Geet: aap kya piyoge? black coffee ya milk coffee, yahan ka dhoodh bahut achcha hai

Maan: Ramu kaka kahan hai?

Geet: woh batha rahe the ki unki biwi ki tabyat teek nahi hai, meine unko ghar bejdhiya, biwi ki madat karne

Maan: mein samajh gaya Geet, bathao mujhe kya karna hai?

Geet: aap kuch nahi karo toh behthar hoga, wahi sabse badi madat hogi

Maan: aaise kaise Geet? tum akhele sara kaam kaise karogi? aur mein bhi koi kaam nahi karoonga toh bore ho jaoonga

Geet: toh aao, aap hi breakfast banalo

Maan: kya?

Geet has kneaded the dough for aloo ke paranthe.... she asks Maan to get them ready while she goes to bring Aditi....

Maan: Geet, isse kaise banathe? mujhe nahi aatha

Geet: gol gol banao, warna Aditi nahi kayegi

Maan: Geeet

Maan is kidding....he has been the sous chef at the restaurant when the chef's on leave in Canada....

Maan makes very good paranthe.....

Aditi likes them and eats it without much fuss like every day....

Actually Geet prepared everything including the stuffing........

Maan just made them crisp with extra ghee, it's the ghee.... haina Geet?

Geet too likes them, it tastes good with the flavor of desi ghee and coming pipping hot, tasty and kadak straight from the tawa....

Maan has only half cooked them earlier as they do at their restaurant and cook it again just before serving....

Maan: Aditi, aapko paranthe pasand haina?

Aditi: hmm, mujhe pasand hai

Maan: Geet ne hi banaya hai, mein sirf garam karke de raha hoon

Maan gives the credit to Geet.....

Geet: bahut achche bane hai

Maan smiles that he has finally got a compliment from Geet.....

Maan then leaves happily for shopping.....

Maan: bye Aditi, bye Geet, tumme kuch chahiye?

Geet thinks for a second, hesitates....

Geet: kuch nahi

Maan: kuch bhi ho toh mujhe message karna

Maan is about to leave.... Geet stops him....

Geet: suno

Maan turns back and looks at her....

Geet: lunch mein bana loongi, aap bahar mat khana

Geet doesn't want him to get infected.....

Maan is surprised that this day has been such a lucky day for him....

Maan: hmm teek hai Geet

Maan leaves while Geet gets ready to prepare something good for Lunch.... maybe something that Maan likes.... haina?

After all he has done so much for her....

Now it's her turn to thank him at least indirectly....

Part - 92

As Maan leaves Geet thinks about how Aditi has become so much attached to Maan in this few days....

Geet is happy that Aditi finally got to spend some time with Maan....

Geet bhi yahi chahthi thi na? issiliye toh Geet itne gusse mein thi, kyunki Aditi missed so much as a kid....

Dev was there but he is not Maan na?

Geet Dev se aaise gussa kaise kar payegi?

Geet is not sure if she could take all the freedom with Dev like she used to have with Maan even if she gets married to Dev....

Geet then takes Aditi in and they think about what they can cook for lunch....

Geet: Aditi ko lunch mein kya chahiye?

Aditi: aloo paranthe

Geet: subhe hi kaya na?

Aditi: wahi

Geet: tummare liye tummare papa ne bana ke rakha hai kya?

Geet just utters those words nonchalantly forgetting that it's Aditi's papa who actually made them for her.....

Geet looks at the dish and three paranthes are left....

Maan took his usual cereal and left it for Geet as she liked them....

So Aditi's lunch is ready.... ab Maan aur Geet ke liye hi kuch banana padega....

Geet toh apne barein mein kaise sochegi? Maan ke pasand ka kuch banana hoga.....

Geet knows Maan likes pasta very much....

Geet googles some interesting pasta recipes....

Geet looks into the pantry and there is no pasta....

Ramu kaka pasta nahi banathe honge....

Geet is disappointed..... ab pasta kaise banegi?

Geet then looks for home made pasta.....

Geet is never interested in cooking much....

Even at Mumbai Gayatri is a great cook and she rules the Khanna kitchen and makes sure that everything of Dev's choice is done....

She even makes Geet's favourite dishes with love...

Aditi too loves her lip smacking snacks....

Geet at times tries out something nutritious for Aditi which Aditi mostly hates....

Healthy hai toh tasty bhi hona haina...

Geet toh Aditi ko abhi tak sirf home cooked food hi diya hai....

She doesn't even give her anything store bought... Not even ketchup...

Luckily Gayatri's delicacies don't need dips and sauces....

so there is no need for Geet to worry....

Geet didn't have anyone to impress with her cooking skills in the absence of Maan...

Maan himself is a fairly good cook...

It's not easy to cook for men who know a few cooking tricks...

Geet wants to show that she could be a good competitor for Maan....

The fact is that she wants to cook something good for Maan....

She wants him to enjoy her food...

Geet has to engage Aditi too...

She shows some recipe videos from youtube abd asks Aditi to choose one as everyone is just the same...

Aditi picks her favourite chef, the one who looks good for her...

Aditi likes the chef's style of cooking with a Rajinikanth touch.... You know that extra gimmicks....

Geet has a tough time with Aditi expecting the same style from poor Geet...

Aditi seems to be a tough task master like her father...

She won't settle for anything less than perfect....

Geet finally gets the pasta done when she gets a call from Maan...

Maan is at the department stores and there's a mad rush and shortage of goods...

Maan can't understand people panicking like it's the end of the world....

He waits for the mob to clear and so calls Geet in the meantime....

Geet is too busy with all the mess she made....

Maan: Geet, what you people are doing?

Geet: kaam

Maan: what?

Geet: what are you doing?

Maan: I'm waiting

Geet: where?

Maan: at the grocery store

Geet: why?

Maan laughs and says that people have gone crazy for they're shopping like there's no tomorrow...

Geet: that's good, it's better to be prepared

Maan: what?

Geet: kal se lockdown haina?

Maan: that's not going to last forever

Geet: who knows?

Maan: Geet, you are thinking too much

Geet: better hurry or you'll return empty handed

Maan: it's ok, we'll survive by fishing and hunting like cavemen

Geet imagines themselves in Flintstones style.....

Geet: what? That's impossible

Maan: why are you worrying? I'm meant me and Aditi, Aditi will enjoy all that

Geet: just don't come back without getting everything, you don't know your dau

Geet stops suddenly....

Maan: what about my daughter Geet?

Geet: kuch nahi

Geet is already thinking about how she is going to manage Aditi....

Just for making a little pasta she got exhausted....

Maan: why are you always stressed? Just chill, when MSK is there Geet shouldn't worry about anything, I'll take care of my daughter and also my mishty

Geet ab aur behas nahi kar sakthi....

Maan: tumme kuch chahiye?

Geet instantly says pasta....

She can't be doing the experiment everytime...

Maan: pasta? Tummare liye?

Maan knows that it's for him only... He wants to see what Geet says....

Geet: woh Aditi ke liye

Maan: tum toh Aditi ko maggi tak nahi dethi na? Toh pasta kaise chalega?

Geet gets angry....

Geet: aap ko jo chahe lelo, mujhe kya?

She cuts the call....

Maan thinks that Geet maybe right... They need to stock at least something for the next few days...

It's not Delhi where you got at least basic pantry items stocked....

No one knew about their stay here....

Maan has brought them here and so he should take care of them....

Woh bhi Geet Aditi ko lekhe kuch zyada hi pareshan ho jaathi....

Being a single parent Geet wants to protect Aditi from missing her other parent...

Geet pampers her a lot, to that extent where Aditi gets uncontrollable making Geet loose her temper and go to the other extreme....

Maan has noticed it himself but he can't blame Geet for he is the actual culprit in the end....

Maan has a tough job ahead for he has to compensate his absence not only in Aditi's life but also in Geet's life.....

More than Aditi Geet needs him to take his rightful place in her life for she has not let anyone take that place.... She has tried to fill that place herself for Aditi to some extent but has failed drastically....

Maan is slowly learning to fulfill what's his duties are as a family man.... He wants his family back at any cost....

This is the best chance that life has given him, very few get such a golden opportunity that too for the second time... Maan knows he can't make any mistakes this time around...

Geet is trying to give a bath to Aditi...

Aditi is after the swanlings...

Geet is tired running after Aditi...

Wonder how Maan kept chasing her all day...

Geet doesn't understand that Maan did it for his own happiness while Geet is considering it as a duty.....

Maan calls again....

This time Geet gives the mobile to Aditi...

Maan: Geet, jaldhi bathao, kaunsaa brand loon

Aditi doesn't understand what Maan is speaking....

She hears Geet and gives it to Geet...

Geet: app baat karo

Aditi: aap ko bhula rahe hai

Geet takes it from Aditi....

Maan: Geet, jaldhi bathao, kitna sochoge, kaunsaa loon?

Geet: Maan app ko jo chahiye lelo

Maan: hare Geet, I'm not kidding, sab mujhe hi gur rahe hai

Geet: aap kahan ho?

Maan is talking to other side...: Kya hai? Aap ke ghar mein ladies nahi hai kya? Wife ya sister?

A middle aged woman supports Maan....: Wah beta, ur wife is so lucky, ye log besharam hai, kullam kulla protection le sakthe hai par napkin se toh bhaag hi jaathe jaise unka apmaan hotha usse dekhne se bhi, nalaayakon, seekhi isse kuch

Geet is stunned to hear that convo...

A few guys realise their mistakes and call their homes....

Geet ko ab samajh mein aagaya ki Maan ne subha Geet ke hesitations ko teek se pakda hai jab woh Geet se pooch raha tha ki Geet ko kya chahiye tha....

Maan: haan Geet

Geet tells the brand that she uses...

How caring is he that he didn't just pick any brand from there but wanted to get the one Geet likes....

These personal choices matter a lot, haina?

Maan is about to cut the call when Geet says something...

Geet: ek minute Maan

Maan: haan Geet, aur kuch chahiye tumme?

Geet: woh, agle bar aaisa kuch poochhna hai toh message karlo, sab ke samne apna tamasha kyun banana hai?

Geet feels that Maan must be embarrassed....

Maan: what's wrong Geet? Tum bhi inn logon ke tarah kaise soch sakthi? I don't care about these stupid people

Geet: aaisa kuch nahi hai, ye Mumbai nahi hai, yahan log utna open nahi hothe, ladkiyan bhi kulke baat nahi karthe

Maan thinks she might be right...

Maan: teek hai Geet

Next time Maan texts as per Geet's orders.....

They have not packed anything for this trip.... Maan just got night suits for changing that day...

Geet hasn't complained and is managing with it....

But Maan knows it's pretty difficult for Geet.....

Maan: I'm at Lifestyle, text me Aditi's size, for shoes and dress

Geet texts it...

Maan: ab tummari size

Geet: kya?

Maan: jaldhi Geet, these girls are staring at me

Maan: S isn't enough I suppose

Maan becomes all the more naughty....

Geet might act as if she doesn't care but she is liking all the attention that Maan is giving her.....

It's 1pm and Geet knows that Maan would be late....

Geet feeds Aditi and puts her to sleep...

Geet texts Maan....

Geet....." Where are you? It's already 2pm"

Maan knows that Geet likes her afternoon naps dearly.....

Maan...."I'll be late, u take rest"

Geet can't sleep for she is hungry....

She doesn't want to eat without Màan....

She is confused if she should wait for Maan might have had his lunch already.... He must be hungry too...

Geet still doesn't feel like eating before Màan comes...

What if he is also coming back all hungry....

Geet may ask him but she won't...

She wants him to taste her handmade pasta....

But she should let him know that na? How'll Maan know all that?

Geet will argue that she has already said that she'll prepare lunch for him....

Maan kya jadugar hai kya jo usko sab apne app patha chalega?

Geet gets restless as time passes... It's almost tea time...

Geet thinks they might have the pasta for dinner...

Maybe she'll have some tea....

Geet gets up to make some tea when Maan just arrives...

Maan comes and rushes to take a bath....he can't risk the pandemic....

Maan thinks Geet has woke up from her nap....

Maan: Geet, I'm hungry, please khana lagana

Geet is happy.... Her mood changes immediately and she gets the pasta ready....

Maan comes and finds only one plate on the table.... He knows that Geet has been waiting for him and is hungry ton just by looking at her dull face.....

Maan gets another plate from the kitchen....

Geet: I've already got one here

Maan: this is for you Geet

Maan opens the dish and is surprised to see pasta ....

Maan: u made it from scratch? Great Geet, looks yummy, can't wait to taste

Geet serves him quick and awaits for his comments....

Maan toh toot pada....

He just notices Geet not eating...

Maan: tum bhi khao Geet

Geet looks disappointed....

Maan: it's too good Geet, this should be added to our restaurant menu, it's that good

Geet is so happy.....

Maan savors each bite slowly.... He is happy to see that big smile on Geet's face watching him relish her pasta...

Maan would want this moment to last longer....

How much he yearned for such beautiful moments with his Geet?

After finishing the lunch Maan gets the things from the car while Geet helps him....

Geet: itna kuch lene ki kya zaroorat thi?

Maan takes out the bicycle he got for Aditi....

Geet: do din ke liye isskki kya zaroorat hai?

Maan: Geet, Aditi bhi andar baitthe baitthe bore ho jayegi, aur do din mein ye birds ko bhi nahi dekhegi

Geet: par Maan

Maan: Geet, tum ab bas baithke aaram karo, hum tumme disturb nahi karenge

Maan gets everything inside and he opens and shows everything to Geet....

Maan's choices are always good...

Aditi's dresses are so pretty and unique....

Geet looks at the little swim suit....

Geet: what's this?

Maan: kal se mein Aditi ko swimming sikhaoonga

Geet looks at him and is little scared.... What if Màan asks her to swim too?

Maan shows the pool floats he got for Aditi....

Geet is surprised to see Maan so excited as if he is a kid....

Whatever it is she is happy as long as Maan doesn't disturb her....

Maan takes out the joggers and shoes he got for Geet....

He has seen her jog in the morning and so he has got all this for her..

Geet is stunned and is wondering what else he might have got for them....

Maan takes out his shoes then....

Maan: kal se hum donno jogging karenge

Geet ko ab lagtha hai ki Maan uske peecha nahi chodne wala....

Maan is just doing all this for his own happiness.....

He is actually greedy to get back whatever he has missed in the past as much as possible....

Maan's mantra is "You can't regain the lost time but you can use the present times better than regretting over the lost days"...

Geet might realise this sooner... She is still not able to get rid of the fact that they have missed the most precious period of their relationship specially the fact that Aditi deserved a much better welcome into this world....

Geet is forgetting that Aditi is too young to make memories or even realise what had happened....

It's all about Geet... As a mother and mostly as a mutual partner in their unusual relationship where she missed Maan's company....

Geet doesn't accept the truth that Maan was unaware of their relationship having been translated into the next level and he being promoted as a father with all the responsibilities....

Had he left them after knowing the truth then Geet has every right to show her anger and frustrations....

Maan thought that Geet pushed hi away and felt being unwanted in their relationship which had just started to flourish....

Maan felt like a fool having so much trust in their relationship and blindly believing that the love is mutual....

Maan needs to make Geet understand why he left and how much he missed her even though he didn't know about their child....

Geet is thinking that things might get out of control of she didn't put the breaks at the right time.... It's not just Maan who is being carried away by the overwhelming emotional attachment that is growing fast between the two , even Geet is feeling the same....

Geet doesn't know that Maan has never been able to detach himself from that emotional attachment he made with Geet no matter how far away he might run and hide....

Geet on the other hand was bound by the new connection that she made with Maan both physically and mentally which became an inseparable part of her life, Aditi...

Both have no idea about what the other went through during the seperation for they were in very different mental spaces at that time...

Aditi wakes up and comes in search of Geet crying....

Geet goes to console her....

Maan leaves them alone and doesn't want to forcefully thrust himself upon their lives all of a sudden....

He eagerly waits for Aditi.... He wants to see her smile when she looks at her toys....

Nothing is more precious in this world than the smiles of your kids and Maan has missed that for so long....

He has missed a lot, he has missed her first cry, he has missed her first movements, he has missed her open her eyes and look at this world for the first time, he has missed her first words, he has missed her turn and lie on her tummy for the first time, he has missed her crawl for the first time, he has missed her sit on her own for the first time, he has missed her stand on her feet for the first time, he has missed her first steps and much more.....

But Maan neither regrets missing all that nor does he blame Geet for snatching all that from him, he knows that Geet did try to reach out to him first when she got the good news....

His only concern is that she is not ready to accept whatever they have at present and is still running away from all the happiness that lies in front of her not realising how lucky they are to have got such a big second chance...

Maan wants to make her realise that it's alright to forgive and forget Maan for whatever happened, for he has learnt from his mistakes the hard way, it has only taught him to value her love and trust more than ever, and it's alright to give their relationship another chance not for Aditi but for themselves....

Geet brings Aditi to the hall where Maan is waiting.... She lets Aditi down and goes to get her milk...

Maan: Geet, can I get some tea?

Geet ko bhi chai ki zaroorat hai... She needs to stop thinking and get a tea break....

Geet comes with the milk and tea...

Maan and Aditi have gone out to try the bicycle ride....

Aditi is so excited to pedal and ride the cycle while Maan is concerned about her safety as he closely follows her as she rides happily...

Geet keeps watching them enjoy each other's company... She wonders how Maan could easily make his way into Aditi's life without mush difficulty for she never thought of such thing happening for real.... It's always been her dream and she is yet to believe that finally Aditi gets to play with her papa...

Geet doesn't know that Maan has slowly but steadily made his way back into her life too without her knowledge....

Geet: Aditi, chalo aao, have your milk

Aditi: mama, dekho mein kaise cycle chalathi hoon

Aditi is out of the world.... She can't believe she is riding a bicycle all by herself.... She feels like a bird fluttering it's wings and flying for the first time....

Geet: Aditi, aao beta, dhoodh pekhe jaana

Aditi: nahi mujhe nahi peena

Geet: toh tum tak jaaoge

Aditi isn't ready to listen....

Maan: chodo Geet, ek din dhoodh nahi peethi toh kuch nahi hoga, mere chai lekhe aana please

Geet takes the tea to Maan....

Maan: thanks Geet

Geet sips her tea.... It's so good sipping your warm tea in the cool breeze looking at your child happily riding her bike for the first time...

Geet wishes that this happiness lasts forever.... She better accept that it's all because of Maan's efforts....

Geet keeps watching Aditi...

Maan is happy to be with his family finally....

Maan: dekho Geet, Aditi is riding on her own, she's a born rider, aakhir beti kiski hai?

Geet knows that Aditi is riding with the help of the side wheels and not alone but still she doesn't want to take away the pride of a proud father that Maan is.....

Geet: haan, I ride my scooter

Geet forgets about everything and is just enjoying the moment...

You too become a child when you are with the kids... Free of all the worries and responsibilities....

Maan: waise hum dono bhi kabhi long drives pe jaa sakthe hai, tab toh mein chahoonga ki tum mere saath mere bike mein ho, sirf mein tum aur khula aasmaan, kitna achcha hoga na?

Geet doesn't reply this time.... She is having a hard time fighting to stop herself from getting used to Maan's company....

Geet leaves them to enjoy and goes to unpack the things that Maan has got.... It looks like they have just shifted to a new place, Maan has almost got everything for a grahapravesh....

Maan ne apne liye toh bas kuch khaas nahi liya, par Geet ke liye toh chun chun ke apne pasand ka dresses lekhe aaya hai....

Kuch comfort wear aur kuch suits bhi.... Aditi ke liye bhi pretty and cute dresses....

Geet puts them away in their respective rooms....

Geet then finds a pack full of lingerie.... For all the three of them...

Maan kitna soch samajh ke sab kuch le ke aaya hai....

Issiliye size pooch raha tha... Aur ye kaise ho sakta? Sara size perfect hai...

Maan Geet ko itne acche se measure kartha kya apne aakhon se ?

Geet ko soch ke hi sharam aati...

He must have got help of the girls at the store.... Maan aaise apne Mishty ka beizatti nahi kar sakta dusre ladhkiyon ke samne...

While Geet was busy in her room Maan has taken Aditi with him to his room as he didn't want to disturb Geet...

Aditi sleeps there with him.... Maan goes see Geet....

Geet is keeping one of the tops, that Maan had got her, upon herself and looking into the mirror....

She has to agree that Maan has a great taste....

Màan just enters.... He is happy that Geet likes his choice....

Geet is taken aback by his sudden entry....

Knock karke bhi aa sakta tha.....but he is MSK....

Maan: why don't you try it? I want to see it

It looks like a little smaller than the others....

So saying Maan starts walking to his room...

Geet keeps staring him and she is worried how she would sleep without Aditi....

Geet goes to her room and finds it difficult to sleep alone....

She thinks about what happened earlier in the day...

She is actually liking it... She wanted just this kind of normal life...

But when she gets it she is not in a position to accept it whole heartedly...

Human mind is very strange, it keeps wishing for what it wants irrespective of the rules and regulations of the world on one side while it keeps reminding about the consequences on the other....

Next morning.....

Geet is fast asleep when someone comes and kisses her forehead....

It's Maan, Geet thinks it's her dream and is like there is no harm in enjoying it as long as it is a dream....

Geet half opens her eyes and sees Maan... She thinks she is still in her dream....

She smiles to herself, pulls her quilt closer and continues to sleep as she doesn't want her beautiful dream to end so soon.....

Maan takes out her quilt and wants her to wake....

They have got this precious time to themselves till Aditi wakes....

Maan: Good morning Geet

Geet then realises that it's Maan only standing there and not her dream....

Geet: mujhe sona hai

Maan: utjao Geet, humme jog pe jaana haina? mein kab se tera intezaar kar raha tha, jaldhi utto Geet

Maan pulls her legs and gets her out of the bed....

Geet: subhe subhe aapko kya hogaya?

Maan: Aditi ke saath sokke, uske saath late utne ki aadat ho gayi hai tumme

Geet: aap thode der asaram se sone bhi nahi denge kya?

Maan: aaise kaathe peethe soothe rahogi toh aur moti ho jaoge Geet

Geet: aap mere peeche kyun pade ho?

Maan: yahan hum dono hi hai, warna mein akhele baitke bore ho jaoonga Geet

Geet: teek hai, jao mein fresh hokar aati hoon

Geet forces Maan to leave the room...

Maan leaves reluctantly as he would rather love to be with her anytime...

Geet might not accept but she too is sailing on the same boat.....

Next morning.....

Geet puts on her shoes and hopes Aditi wakes up early and saves her...

They start jogging around the farm...

Geet is happy to be among the fields after a long time....

She enjoys the early morning scent of fresh air with the earthy touch....

It's good to be back in Hoshiarpur..

She is reminded of her childhood when she went to the fields with Ranno....

Ranno would be busy milking the cows while Geet will happily plucking the marigold and eating the chikoos and guavas straight from the trees...

Geet looks for any fruit trees.... There is one Mango tree nearby....

Geet looks at it fondly remembering the days when her ultimate desire was the first fruit from the tree she grew by planting a sapling....

Her mother got it from a neighbour...

Geet waited for years until one day the tree bore a fruit...

How she wishes that she never grew old and remained the same Geet who was always happy with the tiny joys of life....

As we grow up our desires grow faster than us....

Maan: Geet, kahan kho gayi ho?

Geet tells him her story of how she used to play in the fields without any worries....

Geet: you would have had better life, you grew up in Canada

Geet: everyone is fond of their childhood, you are not?

Maan: I grew up with my maa, papa rarely visited us, he was busy making money, it was for is but still

Maan pauses as he thinks about his childhood....

Maan: I never did, but maa missed him so much, I was happy with my maa, she was my mother father everything, a mother can easily fill a father's place but not the other way

Maan takes her near the mango as much as possible.... But Geet has to strech her hands na?

Geet keeps staring Maan.....

Geet plucks the fruit and Maan is still holding her....

Maan doesn't want to let her go....

Geet takes a bite and it's so good...

Even before Geet could answer Maan catches hold of her hand and takes a bite himself.....

Maan: it's sweet but little sour, just like you, but I love it

Maan pulls her hand closer and takes another bite looking at her juicy lips intently....

Geet tries to hide her feelings but she knows it's not easy to hide it from Maan....

Geet: chalo, Aditi uth jayegi

Geet starts to walk faster....

Maan follows her....

Maan: Geet, you can't keep running away from me always, MSK se bachna itna aasaan nahi hai Geet

Aditi is ready....

Maan takes her to the pool....

Geet avoids the swimming session saying that she has to wash....

Maan asks her to come and join them later....

Geet wants to see how Aditi is doing... She always wanted Aditi to learn swimming early for she might also follow Geet's footsteps and never learn....

Geet goes to check them.....

Aditi is playing with Maan in her float...

Geet says hai to Aditi....

Maan: tum bhi aao Geet

Geet: nahi, mujhe kaam hai

Maan: tum mere saath swim nahi karogi?

Geet: woh, aaisa kuch nahi, I don't want to get wet

Maan: you sit on the side and watch Aditi swim

Geet wants to see what Aditi does

Geet sits placing her legs in the water....

It's nice to be in the water.....

Maan distracts Geet by bringing her attention to Aditi....

Maan shows Geet how Aditi swims with the help of her swim west...

Geet is happy to see Aditi having so much fun in the water....

How she wishes she could too?

Maan goes and pulls her legs making her fall in the pool....

Geet screams and asks for help....

Maan rushes to her and brings her to the side....

Geet is so scared that she closes her eyes tight and keeps shouting...

Maan lifts her and puts her on the side....

Geet slowly opens her eyes and looks at Maan....

Geet gets up and leaves.....

Maan and Aditi come back after a while....

She is drying her hair....

Aditi comes running to see Geet....

Aditi joins Maan's team...

They are riding the cycle, Aditi is riding and Maan is following her.....

These two always leave her behind and have fun on their own.....

Geet goes and checks the ice cream that Maan has loaded the refrigerator with.....

She takes Aditi's favourite cotton candy flovor and goes to woo Aditi...

Geet: I'm eating ice cream... Who wants ice cream? It's so yummy, I love cotton candy

Aditi immediately stops the cycle and comes to Geet....

Maan knows that Geet can't stay away from them longer....

Maan smiles looking at Geet.....

Maan goes and gets chocolate flavor, Geet's favourite....

He then gives it to Geet....

Maan: tum bhi khao Geet

Geet: nahi chahiye mujhe, mein toh moti hoon na?

Maan: itna bhi moti nahi hui

Geet: aap nahi kaoge?

Geet asks looking at the single bowl in Maan's hand....

Maan: this is for us, why Geet? Would you eat the whole bowl?

Geet would finish it in one go....

Geet doesn't answer...

Maan understands that she would have it....

Maan: now I know how you got the extra kilos

Geet snatches the bowl from him and starts to eat....

Geet: app ko chahiye toh jaake lelo, ye mera hai

Aditi has finished her bowl, Geet got her too little

Aditi looks at Geet's hand....

Aditi: mama, mujhe chocolate ice cream chahiye

Maan keeps looking at Geet to see what she does....

Geet shares with Aditi reluctantly...

She puts a spoon in Aditi's bowl...

Maan: Geet, isse khake Aditi moti nahi hogi, give her some more, I'll get you more

Maan wonders who is the kid here, Aditi or Geet?

But Maan is happy to see Geet free from her worries....

Next day....

Geet is determined to learn swimming before Aditi or atleast along with Aditi...

She has got the confidence that Maan has the potential to save her if at all she drowns...

Maan and Aditi are at the pool...

Geet sneaks in...

Maan just notices her but acts as if she is invisible....

Maan is playing with Aditi and showing her his back strokes...

Geet can't miss the sight of Maan's macho torso as he swims around...

Geet keeps staring him...

Aditi has seen Geet...

Aditi: mama mama

Maan then slowly turns and looks at Geet....

Maan: tum humme check karne aayii ho Geet

Geet: nahi, mein toh aawein aayi

Maan: yahan tak aagayi toh aaj shuru karein?

Geet lost all the courage looking at the water....

Maan: come on Geet, try karke toh dekho

Maan gives his hand to help her get in without fear...

Geet is still pretty scared.....

Just get in the water and get used to it...

Maan gently pulls her into the pool...

Geet could stand comfortably at this end...

The water is just 4 feet high...

She is holding the pipe on the side tightly....

Maan gives her some time to relax..

Maan: Aditi, come , let's show Geet how it's done

Maan stretches his arms and asks Aditi to lie upon them as he helps her float by lifting her in the water... Aditi flaps her legs and hands and she moves forward....

Maan: see, it's so easy, even Aditi can do it

Geet is still scared....

Maan: why don't you trust me at least once? I won't let you drown, you have seen that yesterday itself

Geet: I already knew that, you'll definitely save me for Aditi's sake

Maan is annoyed hearing that...

Maan: har baat mein Aditi ko beech mein kyun lathi ho Geet? Kya mein apne liye tumme nahi bachatha?

Geet keeps staring him in misbelief...

Maan: kya sirf Aditi ko tummare zaroorat hai? Mujhe kyun nahi? Tum iss baat ko kab samjoge Geet?

Geet feels that Maan is genuinely hurt....

She then tries to pacify him...

Geet: ab mujhe sikhaoge ya nahi?

Maan is happy at least she believes that Maan would save her anytime...

Maan stretches his arms as he did for Aditi....

Geet hesitates...

Can he easily hold her like Aditi?

Geet thinks she has put on some weight too....

Maan: you won't weigh so much under water, you'll automatically float if you lift your legs and stretch your hands like this

Maan floats on the water by doing that....

Geet still doesn't believe that she can do that....

Maan asks her to stay where she is and not to leave the pipe until she is confident enough to move...

Maan gets near her and slowly lifts her legs...

Geet could feel herself floating as Maan puts his arms beneath her tummy and lifts her....

Geet's top has lifted above and Maan is touching her bare tummy...

Maan asked her to wear the swim suit he got her.. then she wouldn't have had this problem...

Geet freezes....

Maan: Geet, now kick your feet like Aditti did

Geet is not in a position to listen....

Maan: Geet, Geet, kya kar rahi ho?

Geet gets back to her senses....

She tries to kick and is still in an enchanted state....

Maan sees her hold loosening and drags her to the middle of the pool...

Maan: kick your legs Geet

Geet starts to kick still not getting over the trance...

Maan moves along as she floats with the help of Maan....

Geet thinks that she won't learn anything if she is with Maan...

The moment Maan takes off his arms to let her swim on her own Geet comes back to reality and panics... She stops kicking and starts drowning....

Geet relaxes when she catches hold of Maan.....

Maan helps her reach the sides....

Geet: I can't

Maan: you can Geet, you did so well

Geet doesn't know what she did.... She was in her own world.....

Maan: chalo kal continue kartha hai

Geet is relieved that she has saved herself today....

That evening Maan is waiting for Geet and Aditi to come from their afternoon naps....

But they are still in the room...

Maan thinks maybe they are tired after the swimming lessons...

Maan goes to find if they are still asleep....

Maan enters the room and finds it to be too quiet...

They must be asleep only....

Maan gets in and finds Aditi sleeping and Geet too lying beside her but Geet is awake....

Maan thinks Geet is waiting for Aditi to wake up....

Maan speaks in a low voice...

Maan: Geet, can I get you some tea? It's almost six

Geet never misses her chai....

Geet: nahi

Geet's voice looks dull and she is looking upset....

Maan: what's wrong Geet? Why are you upset?

Geet: woh Adiiti ki tabiyat kharab ho gayi

Aditi sneezes.... she has caught the cold....

Maan touches Aditi's forehead and it's pretty hot....

Geet is so worried..... Her world has always revolved around her daughter all these years and whenever there is something wrong with Aditi Geet feels like her lifeline is in danger...

Maan: did you check the temperature?

Geet didn't think about it....

She was just watching for other symptoms of the deadly virus that's got the whole world to a standstill.....

She is suspicious that it might be the pandamic virus....

Geet checks for the thermometer.....

Geet has got the thermometer in Aditi's kit bag....

She takes it and gives it to Maan...

Maan checks the temperature...

It's 99.2....

Geet always gets very scared whenever Aditi falls sick, even if it's just the common cold.....

Now, with the news channels and the social media flooded with the virus info, Geet is scared to death when Aditi sneezed and looked tired.....

Being a singe mother she didn't have the luxury of someone backing her, and sharing the responsibilities and worries with her....

You take the responsibility of your partner also on your shoulders unnecessarily and keep worrying for there is always a fear of losing whatever is remaining in your life, you already know the pain of losing a someone in your life and you are afraid of losing again.....

Maan can see the worries on Geet's face.....

Maan: Geet, it's just the normal cold, that's why she has got the temperature, she'll be fine

Geet: I know

Geet may say that she too agrees with Maan but her worried face shows that she is still sacred about the viral infection.....

Maan could easily read her mind.....

Maan: are you thinking about the pandamic?

Geet: nahi

Maan: I know you are thinking about that only Geet

Geet: what if it's that virus?

Maan: we are at Hosiarpur Geet, there's no virus here

Geet: but we travelled

Maan: Geet, we didn't have any contact with outsiders, I followed all the safety norms when I went to Amristar, and there is no cases here too, it has not reached this far

Geet: but Maan, she sneezes and has fever too

Maan: that's because she stayed in the pool for two days and might have drunk the water

Geet: why did you take her to the pool first of all?

Maan: so you are still keep blaming me for everything?

Geet turns and stares Maan, it's just that she is so frustrated and scared.....

Maan: who gave her the ice cream?

Geet: she always eats ice cream, that's not the probem

Maan: so I'm the problem then?

Aditi graons hearing them shout....

Both of them reach out to her to calm her.....

Geet places her hand on Aditi's chest and Maan is a frction of a second late as his hand lands on Geet's....

Maan: Aditi is fine, believe me Geet

Geet gets a little convinced and trusts Maan for a change....

Aditi coughs....

Geet is scared again....

Maan goes and gets her hot water to drink....

Aditi then feels more comfortable and sleeps well.....

Maan takes Geet's hands into his.....

Maan: Geet, I promise you, Aditi ko kuch nahi hoga, mein usse kuch nahi hone doonga, MSK kabhi usse kuch nahi hone dega, tum usski fikar mar karo Geet, mein hoon na?

Geet wants to believe in his words again, this time he'll keep his promise for it's his daughter.....

Maan: tum bhi din bar kaam karke tak gayi ho Geet, ab thode dher aaram karo, I'll keep a watch on Aditi

Maan makes Geet lie down near Aditi as he helps her cover with herself....

Maan sits near them and watches them.....

Geet couldn't sleep though.....

She too keeps looking at Aditi every few seconds....

Maan: Geet, so jao

Maan too lies beside her and snuggles up to Geet to make her feel safe.....

Geet needed the warmth of his soft touch and she finally falls asleep....

Next morning Maan is still sleeping as he was up till early morning.....

Geet checks Aditi's temperature and it's still around 99....

It's ok as Aditi is up and is asking for ice cream.....

Geet: Aditi, drink this first, Geet made a khada for Aditi from the herbs in the garden, she asked her beeji for the instructions

Aditi is not ready to even touch the glass.....

Aditi: Aditi ko nahi chahiye

Maan wakes up hearing the noise....

Maan thinks that something is wrong with Aditi....

He gets up in a shock.....

Maan: Geet, kya hua? muje kyun nahi utahay tumne?

Geet: Maan, relax, Aditi is fine

Maan: did you check the temperature?

Geet: it's 99 only

Maan: what? still 99?

Now Maan is worried..... Geet has got the confidence that it's the usual cold that Aditi often catches....

Geet: it'll be like that for 3 days Maan, as you said it's just the ice creams

Maan wonders what changed Geet's mind overnight....

Geet forgets all her worries with Maan around and also Aditi is feeling much better after the night's sleep.....

Maan: what made you change your mind Geet?

Geet: woh aap Aditi se hi poocho? Aditi beta, aapko kya chahiye?

Aditi: Aditi ko ice cream chahiye

Geet: Aditi, pehle isse piyo, phir ice cream

Maan: ye kya hai Geet?

Geet: khada

Maan: kya?

Geet: aap jaldhi brush karke aao, aap ka kadha bhi tayaar hai

Maan: what? I'm not sick Geet

Maan didn't even like the smell of it.....

Geet: Aditi, aap pehle piyo

Maan runs to his room....

Geet is wating with the khada....

Maan thinks it's his back coffee and gets the mug from Geet happily....

The moment he looks into the mug his amusement dies.....

Geet: Maan, bache ki tarah bahave mat karo, peejao

Maan: Geet, isse kaise peethe?

Geet: aaise

Geet drinks her kadha in one go....

Maan: ab jaan liya ki tum itne kadvi kaise hui?

Geet: kya?

Maan: ye bahut kadvi hai Geet

Geet: aankh band karke peeyo, phir aap ko kadwahat patha nahi chalega

Maan: ye kaisi logic hai Geet, i don't have a problem with the color

Geet: try karo Maan

Maan does it and it really works.... you try to concentrate on closing your eyes tight when you gulp your kadha in one go....

Maan stays with Aditi while Geet prepares everything for Aditi....

Maan cooks the meal for them.....

Geet likes it to have Maan handy helping her....

She didn't know that Maan could do so much.....

Aditi gets well in three days as Geet expected .....

Maan escapes from the kadha finally......

Geet is slowly getting addicted to having Maan alongside 24*7.....

That's not possible when they go back to their own lives, haina?

Geet is worried that she won't be able to go back to her previous self if she stays close with Maan for a few more days....

she is already feeling the need to look for Maan just for anything and everything.... it's not good, haina?

she has to do something now to stop this before it get's out of her hands......

Next morning Maan is ready for the jogging....

Geet is immediately worried thinking about the time when they have to go back to their own lives...

what would they do if they were in Mumbai?

Geet has at least kept herself unaffected to some extent... But what about Maan? He'll unnecessarily get hurt....

Geet has to set a limit to all this... Jaise ke laxman rekha hotha na? It's for the good of Maan only... Just to make sure that it doesn't get too complicated for them....

Maan ne toh pehle hi sara limits cross kar liya hai, ab kaunsa limit ki baat kar rahi ho Geet?

Geet is not afraid of the physical attraction of any kind for that's much easy to handle, it's the emotional attachment and dependency that leads to a lot of pain and hurt...

Geet has got all the sore experience that she knows when to pull the strings.... Haina? Ab toh Maan ka bhi sara controls Geet ke paas hi hotha hai.... Maan ne apna app ko rokhne ki koshish kab ka chod diya hai, aur woh rokhna bhi nahi cahtha....
