Dev: actually we had a good time, thanks Maan, aur maaji, your house is beautiful, you should be proud to keep it sparling

Geet: Dev maaji is always on her heels, just like gayatri maa

Dev: I know Geet, I wonder when these young ladies will think of retiring

Maan: the day they think about retiruing these young ladies will become oldies, this is what keeps them young Dev

Dev smiles...; that's true Maan, that's why I never stop mom, she enjoys doing it as well

Kiran: it's like our yoga and meditation

Kiran is moved.....

Geet: nahi maaji, Dev has left a lot of work pending back in Mumbai

Maan: what's the hurry Dev? why don't you stay with us for a few days, Aditi too is happy playing with Diya

Geet looks at him and understands.....

Geet: Dev, I'll go get Aditi

Kiran: Geet, why do you want to wake her in a hurry? let her sleep, she's too tired from yesterday

Maan: Dev, Kiran mom has arranged a special lunch for you guys, you must stay at least for lunch

Maan: Are you talking about returning to Mumbai?

Dev: haan Maan, it's mom, She has got a fever, I think it's the common flu, we can't leave her alone at this time, I don't think it's the virus, but still we can't risk, she is a diabetic too

Geet is worried to hear that..... gayatri mustn't have told them earlier since they were in the function... she never likes to trouble them.... She tries to manage herself as always....

Geet: what? when did this happen?

Dev: she just called and told me

Geet: then we must leave immediately

Maan: I'm leaving by tomorrow noon flight, let's see if we can get tickets for you too

Dev: aaj raat ka ho toh better hoga, you know this pandemic time flights get cancelled often, and Sunday is a lock down, we should return before that

The two girls are enjoying one other's company very much....

Dev: let's go Maan

Maan: haan

Kiran: hare, breakfast toh karke jao

Maan: nahi mom, we've other plans

Dev: haan maaji, I just asked Maan to take me to paranthewali gali

Kiran: ohh, you must try them, Geet ko bhi lekhe jaana

Geet: nahi maaji, I'm not hungry

Actually Geet is a foodie too, and no one knows her favorites than MSK.....

Dev: come on Geet, you'll love it

Geet: nahi Dev, Tara is taking us for shopping, she too wants a kancheevaram saree

Annie: hare mujhe chod ke plans banadiya?

Tara: aap ko chod ke kaise? aap hummare gang leader hai

Maan: so Dev, I think they have a better plan

The boys leave...... The girls can't get ready in a jiffy like the boys haina?

Kiran is happy to take care of the kids while the girls too enjoy their girl's day out .....

Pari too joins them.....

Geet enjoys their company.... it's been a long time she had such a good time for herself....

Maan calls Adi and asks him to book tickets for Dev and family....

Dev seems really concerned about his mother....

Maan can understand that, both of them are close to their mothers....

Maan: Adi must have already made the bookings

Dev: we would love to stay longer, maybe next time

They reach the guest house.....

Geet has already packed everything neatly....

The bags are ready to be taken....

Maan packs a few dolls and gifts for Aditi along with that....

Maan has a special gift for Geet....

Geet likes perfumes....

Last evening at the mandap.....

At the baraat....

Maan was shielding Geet while she was doing her bangra with Annie....

Geet loved the fragrance around that seemed familiar....

Geet thought it should be Annie's perfume....

Geet would like to get one for her too.....

Geet: didi, aap ne kaunsa perfume lagaya, it's lovely

Annie: Geet, don't you remember, I borrowed your perfume today, that's why you like it

Geet: it's not that didi

Maan who is close by whispers so that just Geet could hear him....

Maan: Geet, it's me, itne jaldhi kaise bhool gayi

Geet kasie bhool sakthi? that's why it seemed familiar for her....

It's Maan's CK which keeps Geet intoxicated....

Maan wants to gift that to Geet so that she'll not miss him....

Maan knows very well that Geet would need that whenever she gets his thoughts.....

Maan is sure Geet would try to stay away from it but won't succeed....

It's lunch time....

Kiran has prepared a feast for lunch....

The newly wed couple Harsh and Tanvi are also there along with Pari....

Maan and Dev are yet to come....

Kiran asks the others to start for Maan and Dev seems to be a bit late....

It's about the tickets....

Adi called Maan and said that there is no bookings, all are closed due to the pandemic...

Maan is trying the agents who could be have pre-booked tickets....

Geet gifts a beautiful saree to Kiran....

Kiran was asking about Pari's saree and Geet overheard that Kiran loved it very much....

Kiran is so happy that Geet has put the past behind.....

Dadi too makes friends with Aditi and is conversing indirectly with Geet....

Geet has always understood that both the families are at fault but it's never about them, it is only about Maan......

Why couldn't Maan trust their love as much as Geet does, if not more?

That's what hurts her.....

What did he think about their milan?

Did he believe that it was just a moment of lust for her?

Did he not realize that it is out of their love and trust that took them to the next level of their relationship and it was not just the hormones playing havoc.....

Dadi: Aditi, will you stay with this dadi?

Aditi thinks for a while.... She looks at Geet....

Geet in turn looks at Diya....

Aditi: nahi

Dadi: kyun beta? aap ko ye Dadi pasand nahi hai kya?

Dadi looks at Geet.... She wants to ask that question to Geet....

Geet: Aditi. aap ko ye Dadi pasand haina?

Aditi: Dadi pasand hai

Dadi: phir aap humse naraaz hai kya?

Aditi blinks as she doesn't understand anything....

Geet: Aditi, aap dadi se naraaz nahi haina?

Aditi: nahi

Aditi takes the hues from Geet and just nods her head....

Dadi: phir aap hummare saath kyun nahi rukhthe?

Aditi: Diya aapke saath haina?

Dadi: hann, toh aap hummare saath nahi rohoge?

Aditi: nahi, aap Diya ke Dadi ho

Dadi: kya?

Aditi: meri Dadi ghar mein hai

Dadi is shocked to hear that.... agar Maan aur Geet ki shadhi hothi toh Aditi ka ghar KM hotha...

How would Dadi know that Aditi is her pothi only?

Geet looks at little Aditi.... She doesn't even know that she is one of the Khurana pariwaar....

Dadi: hum aapke Dadi hothe toh aap yahan rukhoge?

Geet responds subconsciously....

Geet: phir ye ghar bhi Aditi ka hotha? haina?

Everyone is upset hearing that.... they all feel sad for whatever happened....

Kiran: Aditi, aap pehle ye kheer kayiye, aap ko pasand haina?

Aditi takes the kheer from Kiran happily....

Geet is lost in her thoughts....

Annie tries to change the topic....

Annie: Tanvi, tum bathao, kaisa hai naya sasuraal?

Annie winks looking at Rohan....

Tanvi: Didi, aap toh jaanthe honge, aap badi bahu haina?

Arjun: haan Annie, tum pehle bathao

Rohan: meri biwi smart hai, ab aaye ga maza

Annie: Tanvi, hum baad mein baat karenge

Pari: baad mein kyun? abhi bathana didi

Annie: Tara tum bathao, tummara sasuraal kaisa hai?

Tara looks at Kiran immediately....

Tara: ye mera sasuraal se pehle hi aapka ghar hai, toh mein kya naya bholoon didi?

Kiran: aaj kal ke ladhkiyan toh bahut samajdhar hai

everyone has a good laugh including Geet....

Maan and Dev just enter.....

Maan: what are we missing Annie?

Annie: bhai ye ladies talk hai

Dev: Maan, is there anything like men's talk? what's about this ladies talk?

Maan: sshh Dev, I think you don't want to get into trouble

Pari: Maan, I'll tell you, all these married women are afraid to talk about their in-laws

Dev: ohh now I understood

Vicky: men are never afraid to talk about their in-laws, haina Maan bhai?

Tara: achcha? toh bathao, tum mere pariwaar ke barein mein kya sochthe ho?

Maan: Vicky, tumme experience nahi hai, toh chup kyun nahi rehthe?

Vicky keeps his finger on his lips....: zipped......

Maan: Geet ko dekho, issiliye chup hai

Maan utters those words thinking that this is Geet's sasuraal after all....

Geet turns and stares Maan.....

Maan understands his mistake.....

Kiran: hare baba, sab pehle khana khaao, phir charcha kar sakthe ho, Dev beta, aap inke bathon mein mat aana, aap aaram se khao, ye lo, gobi ke parnathe, Geet ne kaha ye aap ka favorite hai, ye khaas tummare liye mein ne kudh banaya, kahke bathao kaise hai

Dev: ji maaji, this is so good, aap ke haath mein jadu hai

Kiran is happy.... it's always nice to hear such compliments which our own family seldom gives....

Dev: aur ye tangdi kebab bhi lajawaab hai, ye bhi aap ne hi banaya hoga?

Kiran: haan beta, ek aur lo

Dev: ji maaji, aap ke haath ke swaad kissi retaurant mein bhi nahi milthi

Kiran: dekha Dev ko, aap log ne ek din bhi aaise kuch bhola? bas pet bhar ke khalo aur bhool jao

Vicky: mom, mein bachpan se yahi katha hoon

Annie: Vicky, mom, tummare biwi ke baat kar rahi hai

Tara immediately comments....: mein toh aaj hi kebab kha rahi hoon, aur iske swaad mein mere muh band ho gaya

Pari: Tara, didi is just pulling your legs, don't worry

The lunch is a huge hit..... it's always good have some fun with family, haina?

Maan is upset that Geet would be going back leaving all this.....

Geet is worried about the tickets....

Geet: Dev, when is our flight?

Dev: God only knows

Geet: what? you haven't booked the tickets yet?

Dev: nahi Geet, tickets milna mushkil lagtha hai

Geet: that's why I wanted to book the return tickets too

Dev: I booked then on Sunday Geet, but how would we know that there would be such a lock down?

Geet: tickets mil jayenge na?

Dev: Maan is trying

Geet: why don't we try?

Maan just enters.....

Maan: Geet, there are no tickets available for anyone, not just me

Maan says candidly....

Dev; Geet, Maan has been trying hard, you should appreciate that first

Geet: it's too late for that, you should have tried in time, now what's the use?

Geet says in a stern tone looking direct into Maan's eyes....

Dev is little confused here.....

Dev: Geet, what are you talking about?

Geet: oh, I think now we won't get any ticket however hard you try

Dev: what do we do now?

Geet: I think we should hit the road

Maan: Geet, it's not safe to take the road

Dev: we'll be fine Maan

Maan: you should think about Aditi Geet

Maan's tone turns authoritative.....

Geet: I know what I'm doing, you need not worry about Aditi

Dev: Geet, what happened? I think she must be upset about mom

Geet: haan, we should return immediately Dev

Dev: Maan, I think Geet is right, I don't think there is any chance of getting a flight, we should get going

Maan: wait Dev, just give me some time, we'll see what we can do

Kiran asks Geet to sit down and have a chat with her....

There is no one but the two in the garden....

Geet: ji maaji

Kiran: humme patha hai ki aap abhi bhi purane bathon se pareshaan hai

Geet remains silent....

Kiran: hum ne sahi socha, aap ne abhi tak hum sab ko maaf nahi kiya haina?

Geet: aaisa kuch nahi hai, mujhe aap sab se koi shiqayaat nahi hai, mein jaanthi hoon ki aap ki koi galthi nahi hai

Kiran: phir toh aap ko Maan ko bhi maaf karna chahiye beta

Kiran has noticed the tiffs between the two.....

Geet: jab mein puarne bathon ko bhool chuki hoon toh maafi ki kya zaroorat hai?

Kiran: aap aaise kaise joot bol sakthe beta? jab hum log hi bhool na paye toh aap kaise bhool pathe?

Geet has no answers for that.....

Kiran: aur unko bhoolna bhi namunkheen hai, ye achche baat hai ki ab aap apne zindagi mein aage bad chuke hai aur apne zindagi mein khush hai, hum bas Maan ko bhi aaisa kush dekhna chahthe hai beta, aur kuch nahi

Geet looks at Kiran confused.... Maan ki kushi se Geet ka kya lena dena hai, haina?

Kiran: humme lagtha hai ki jab tak aap Maan ko maaf nahi karthe Maan aaise hi apne aap ko dand dethe rahenge aur kabhi bhi apne zindagi mein aage nahi bad payenge, issiliye hum chahthe hai ki aap Maan ko maaf kardhijiye aur unko unki adheek se azaad kijiye

Geet ko Kiran ki gabrahat samajh aathi hai.....

Geet: mein koshish karoongi maaji, sirf aap ke liye

Kiran suddenly hugs Geet and kisses her in the forehead.....

Kiran: thanks beta, ab hum bahut kush hai, hum jaanthe hai ki aap bhi Maan ko kush dekhna hi chahthe hai

ye toh Kiran ne bilkul teek kaha, Geet bhi Maan ko kush dekhna hi chahthi hai, par Geet ko samajhna chahiye ki Maan ki kushi Geet hi hai.....

Maan goes to meet Dev.....

Dev: Maan, what happened? kuch mila?

Maan: I'm sorry Dev, there are no seats

Dev: It's OK Maan, we'll take the car

Maan: that's not done

Dev: what should we do then?

Maan: I have an idea

Geet just comes and joins them....

Geet: Dev, kitne bajhe ka flight hai?

Dev: Geet, nahi, no tickets

Geet: I told you na, we'll start early in the morning, I think you should take some rest now

Maan: Dev, why don't you take my ticket?

Dev: that's fantastic, but what about you?

Maan: you know, work is stopped due to the pandemic, I'm not in a hurry

Maan: Geet, sab haina? tumme chintha karne ki koi zaroorat nahi, Aditi is one of us

Geet doesn't want to argue further for Maan would go to any extent for Aditi's safety.....

Dev: haan Geet, actually Aditi has a lot of company here, and I'll also miss these guys

Maan: They'll miss you too Dev, specially Vicky, ab woh Maan bhai nahi Dev bhai kethe rehtha hai

Dev: he is so much fun, I just love hanging out with him, Maan, you are the odd one out here, I think you should take things a little easy, kabhi toh kaam ko chodke life ko enjoy karo yaar

Maan: what to do Dev? our happiness is not always in our hands, haina Geet?

Maan looks at Geet and asks directly.....

Geet just tries to avoid his eye contact which is becoming more and more difficult now....

Geet: Dev, Aditi soo gayi hai, hum chalthe hai

Geet takes Aditi and leaves.....

Maan and Dev to go to their room......

Part - 73

Next morning.....

Pari just arrives at KM.....

Tara tells her that Maan is in the OH....

Pari goes to surprise Maan....

Pari: Maan, Maaaaan

Pari goes to Maan's room and its not locked....

Pari thinks Maan must still be sleeping and goes to wake him and give him a good morning surprise....

Pari enters the room and starts looking for Maan....

Maan is not in the bed....

Pari finds out that Maan is in the rest room....

Pari wants to play a prank....

She goes and hides beside the rest room door so that she can shock him as he comes out....

Pari waits and in a few minutes she hears the door knob opening....

She comes in front of the door and yells.... : surprise

Actually it's a surprise for Pari.....

It's not Maan but Dev who is inside the rest room....

Dev thouhgt it's Maan and he just wanted to peep out and ask for towel....

Dev: Maan, my towel

But by then Pari is out and she springs the door open to surprise Maan....

Pari freezes and Dev quickly closes the door.....

Pari: I'm sorry, I thought it's Maan

Dev then opens a bit and asks for his towel....

Pari picks the towel, gives it to Dev and escapes....

Maan has gone to get the ticket ready for Dev's travel instead of Maan....

Pari goes and joins Geet and others for breakfast....

The girls are alone, Tara, Annie, Geet and Pari along with Aditi and Diya....

Pari: girls, come closer, I've a secret to share

hare Pari, Geet ke samne Dev ki secrets kasie kol sakthi ho?

The girls round up....

Pari: you know what happened?

Tara: just say na? you know we don't know what happened, then why ask?

Pari: sshhh, Aditi aur Diya ke khaan band karo

Annie: Pari, it's too much, they won't understand anything

Pari: mujhe sharam aathi hai

Geet: phir kyun patha rahi ho?

Annie: sshh Geet, let her speak

Pari: patha hai bhai ke suhaag raat mein kya hua?

Tara: kya hua?

Pari: Tanvi made bhai over work it seems

Tara: pehle din hi? she must be a super woman then

Pari: that's not the fact, it's my bhang that made her a super woman, my idea is a grand success

Annie ko kuch kuch samajh aatha.....

Annie: toh ye tummara kaam hai?

Pari: kyun didi?

Annie: tumne kiss kiss ko bhang di?

Pari: mujhe kya patha? it was Maan's job

Annie: what? bhai ne kiya ye kaam?

Geet ko thoda bhura laga.... Maan Pari ke kehne se aaisa kaam bhi kartha?

zaroor Pari se impress hua hai Maan kuch zyada hi, haina?

Annie: lekhin Arjun aur bhai ne kaise woh bhaang piya hoga?

Pari: maybe Maan wanted to have fun, but mere bina kaise fun?

Annie: kuch toh galat ho gaya, aur Arjun ne toh pura raat mujhe sone nahi diya tha

Pari: achcha, lucky you didi

Annie: tummara masti toh unlimited ho raha hai Pari, you need to be careful

Pari knows that it's true, she just experienced it.....

Pari: you are right didi, I'll be careful next time

Geet ko abhi patha chala ki Maan ko galthi se bhang pilaya gaya aur woh kuch kuch piya nahi....

Geet is relieved.... Geet knows that Maan has quit alcohol strictly.... she has seen him drink only mocktails at the business parties.....

Par utna nashe mein bhi Maan ne kuch khand nahi ki....

Geet bhi uss waqt thoda kamzoor hi thi, Maan chahe toh kuch bhi ho saktha tha, lekhin Maan preffered not to.... he was content to be with Geet..... he just wanted to share her pain and help her heal a bit..... he just wants her to come out of that pain... he wants to get rid of that pain that he himself induced...

Geet kept her wounds sealed for she didn't want to reveal them to anyone but Maan....

Only Maan can hurt her to that extent and also Maan can only cure her wounds.....

Geet ke zindagi mein Maan ke jagah ko koi aur le hi nahi saktha.....

Maan and Dev too come and join them....

Maan is surprised to see Pari....

Maan: Pari, itne subhe subhe?

Pari: I just wanted to give you a surprise

Dev: but surprise toh mujhe mil gaya

Everyone looks at Dev, Pari too looks at him and pleads not to open his mouth.....

Dev: woh Pari came to meet Maan but she just met me instead, Maan went out na?

Pari: haan, that's it

Pari is relieved....

Maan: so you came to send me off?

Pari: what? no no, that's the surprise, I'm not going to leave you alone, I'm coming with you, tada

Pari shows the ticket....

Dadi had asked Adi to book Pari's ticket too along with Maan's....

Pari is going to Pune to take part in her late mangetar Karan's anniversary.....

It's been a year since Karan met with that lethal accident....

Dev: another surprise for me?

Maan: I think so Dev, so you got a better company Pari, Dev would accompany you not me

Pari is feeling a little awkward to be going with Dev after the morning fiasco....

Pari: what?

Maan: haan, there's my surprise for you, how do you like it?

Pari: it's not fair Maan

Maan: everything is fair on war and love honey

Dev: Pari, are you upset or happy with my company?

Pari: hmmm let me think, I don't know, I'll tell you once we land in Mumbai

Dev: done

Pari is not much by Maan's absence for she has got Dev's company....

Dev is a easy go funny guy who keeps you entertained unlike the khadoos Khurana, haina?

waise Maan ka chapter ko Pari ne end kardhi hai, ab Pari is missing Karan the most....

Karan hotha toh Pari ko kitna kush raktha?

Pari is in no mood to fight with Maan now.....

She has accepted that Maan is taken for life by that lucky girl.....

Geet confronts Maan alone at the OH....

Geet goes to him angry....

Maan is happy that he has got to spend some more days with Geet and Aditi....

Geet: toh ye sab aap ka plan hai?

Maan: what Plan Geet? I don't understand

Geet: don't bluff, I know you better

Maan: is that so? I don't think so

Geet: why didn't you get me Pari's ticket?

Maan now understands why Geet is upset..... She thinks Maan deliberately stopped her from going to Mumbai with Dev....

Geet again fails to understand that it's not Maan who is behind such a global pandemc and Maan had no idea about Pari's journey....

Maan: tum kuch bhi soch lo Geet, I'm not here to clear everything again and again

Maan is fed up with her complaints.....

Geet is finding ways to fight with Maan for she had been waiting for that for a long time, Maan should realize that.....

Geet gets angry with that escapist Maan.....

Geet: kyun nahi karoge? karna padega, jaise ye mera haq hai ki mein kuch bhi sochloon waise ye aapka farz hai ki mujhe aap sab samjao

In her fury Geet goes up right in front of Maan's broad shoulders.....

Maan: mein kya karoon Geet jab tum samajna hi nahi chahthi toh

Maan gets a little more closer, lowers his voice and vents his frustrations....

Ek taraf Geet chahthi ki Maan Geet se dhoor rahe aur ek taraf Geet chahthi ki Maan Geet par apne haq jathaye, ab aaise mein Maan kya kar saktha?

Maan looks into Geet's longing eyes.... Maan tries to decipher what they exect from him....

Maan finds that it's the love for him that is hiding behind all that anger.....

Maan: aaj bhi tummari aakhen mujhe tummari mann ki baat bathane se darthe nahi Geet, aur tummari aankhen mujhse kabhi joot nahi bol sakthe

Geet closes her eyes suddenly....

Geet is in the Oh...

The servants have kept her bags in her room...

Geet goes to unpack them for they are going to stay back for a few more days even though Geet wants to leave as soon as possible.....

Geet finds a new bag which is not one of her's....

Geet thinks that it might be Maan's ....

The servant must have kept it there by mistake instead of keeping it in the other room....

She calls him and aks to take it to Maan's room....

Servant: m'am, ye aapka hi hai

Geet: mujhe patha hai ye mera nahi hai

Servant: ye Maan sir ka nahi hai

Geet: tumme kaise patha?

Servant: Maan sir ka bags unkke car mein hai, ye dusre car mein tha

Maan packed his thngs and kept in his car along with Dev's as he knew that Geet won't feel comfortble staying alone with him at the guest house....

Now that she has become more comfortable at KM Maan thought he would also come and stay at KM itself....

Maan knew the servants would mix up the bags and so he sent Geet's things in another car....

Agar galthi se bhi mix up hotha toh Geet ko lagega ki Maan ne zabardasthi mix up kar diya hai, Maan wouldn't want to take any chances.....

Geet sends the servant off and keeps staring at the new bag for a while....

She is curious to know what's in that even if it was Maan's....

Geet gets impatient and opens the bag.....

It's full of toys and dress for Aditi....

So, it's Maan's gift for Aditi....

Geet then gets excited to know what he has selected for her.....

Geet is expecting something from Maan? that's a good sign....

Geet looks thru everything and finds nothing....

She is really disappointed....

Maan somehow convinces Aditi to drink the water....

Aditi grabs the sipper and drinks...

Maan holds it for her to help....

Aditi finishes drinking and looks at the new sipper with chocolate stains...

She immediately tries to clean it with her hand making it more dirty....

Maan: ye kya kar rahe hai sweet heart?

Aditi: mama dekhegi toh bahut daantegi

Maan: achcha? aap Geet se bahut darthe ho? woh aap ko bahut daandthi hai?

Aditi replies as if it's a reflex then thinks and corrects herself....

Maan: haan ya nahi?

Maan: chalo mein Geet ko daadtha hoon ki aage aapko aaise nahi daante, ab aap bade ho gaye na

Maan then takes out the tissue and cleans the sipper and helps Aditi clean her hands and face....

It's all still sticky....

Maan gets her down and washes off with water....

Aditi then shows her frock.... it's all dirty....

She tries to wipe it and makes her hands dirty again.....

Maan holds her and removes her dress....

He then washes her hands again....

Now she looks all good but half- naked....

Maan can't wear that dress again for Aditi....

Maan then looks in the bootie for any dress....

He has only got his dress....

Maan takes a flexi tee and puts it on Aditi...

it looks like a full dress for her but she looks cute....

Aditi is happy with her new dress.....

Maan looks for Geet in the mansion but Geet is not there....

Nakul: OH mein hai, aur unka samaan unke room mein pohunchadiya hai sir, aapka samaan?

Maan gives the keys to Nakul....

Maan: woh mere kamrein mein rakhdo

Maan goes to the OH taking Aditi with him....

Geet has left the toy bag as it is....

She doesn't want Maan to find out that she peeped in....

She wouldn't want Maan to know that she showed any interest, haina?

Geet then has unpacked Aditi's things...

she has out them neatly in side the wardrobe...

She has almost done with her things too....

As she takes out all her things and put them in thier places she picks something not belonging to her from her own bag.....

Geet looks at it and wonders who would have put that there?

Maybe Dev misplaced it while packing....

But Geet did all the packing herself....

Dev had to just pick the bags up....

Maybe Maan left it there later and Dev thought it was her's....

But it's a men's perfume, it's Maan's....

How would it come to her bag?

Geet takes a closer look and finds out it's new....

Geet is lost in that intoxicating scent that just keep whispering Maan Maan Maan in her ears and take her down his memories....

Maan had just entered and Geet is unaware of what's going on around her as she is in her own trance...

Maan slowly puts Aditi on the bed and goes near Geet....

Maan finds his perfume in her hand from behind.....

Maan then gently brushes her hair aside, bends down as if he is about to kiss her earlobes....

Geet closes her eyes and is thinking that she is dreaming....

Maan whispers in her ears....

Maan: Geet, ab isski zaroorat nahi padegi tumme, kyunki mein hoona, tummare paas

Maan catches hold of her shoulders and slowly turns her towards him.....

Geet is still closing her eyes but she is startled by his touch....

She immediately opens her eyes and finds Maan there....

She steps back quickly....

Maan smiles.....: ye toh kamaal ho gaya hai, MSK ka magic abhi bhi kam nahi hua, actually age ke saath saath woh bhi badgaya hai, haina Geet?

Geet: what magic? mujhe toh current shock lagtha hai

Maan: that's even more powerfull, shock laga laga laga shock laga

Geet: aap yahan kya kar rahe ho? aur aap ko andar kaun aane diya?

Geet gets angry and raises her voice....

Maan shuts her up in his style by keeping his finger on her lips....

Maan: chup bilkul chup, Aditi so rahi hai

Geet looks at Aditi.....

Maan has kept the pillows on her sides to keep her safe from falling....

Geet is impressed.....

Maan steps ahead making Geet move backwards towards the door....

As they reach the door Maan suddenly moves forward and pushes Geet out with his hands and slowly closes the door.....

Geet panics.....: why did you close the door?

Maan: abhi hum baat kar sakthe hai

Geet: mujhe koi baat nahi karna hai, mujhe jaane do

Maan: Geet, I'm hungry

Maan keeps staring Geet intently as he inches passionately towards her...

Geet: kya?

Geet gets a little scared.....

Maan: Geet, mujhe bahut bhook lagi hai, aur meri emergency silk ko tummari beti ne kha li, ab tumme hi kuch karna padega Geet

Maan's eyes talk to her in another language as Maan keeps admiring his Mishty.....

Geet: mujhe sona hai

Maan: I know you can't sleep with an empty stomach, haina?

Maan knows Geet wouldn't eat without Aditi....

She must be waiting for Aditi....

Geet is surprised that Maan knows her so well even after all these years.....

Geet: nujhe bhook nahi hai

Maan: aur kitna joot bologi Geet, ek saath khane se kcuh nahi hotha, chalo

Maan changes his voice to his commanding tone.....

Geet had to go with him.....

Maan goes and checks tha pantry....

Luckily they have got Maggie, India's official hunger eradicator...

Maan takes it out and gives it to Geet.....

Geet looks for something in the fridge and gets it....

Maan puts the pan on the stove and Geet takes over from there....

Maan helps her by opening the pack and getting everything ready.....

He gets the water from the purifier and the two make a quick meal in minutes....

Geet gives her own twist to the usual Maggie with a tadka of Green chillies and curry leaves sauteed in sudh desi ghee.....

Maggie ka desi version.....

Maan takes out the paltes and Geet serves....

They start eating together.....

Maan: Geet, tumne suna hoga ye kahawat

Geet: kya?

Maan: A family that eats together stays together

Geet stares him and Maan quietly slurps his Maggie....

Maan likes the tinge of spice from the chillies and the flavour of ghee fried curry leaves....

Maan: thanks Geet, for a tasty dinner, I loved it

Maan gets up to leave, he is too tired....

Geet: kahan jaathe ho?

Maan: sone Geet, kyun mujhe koi aur kaam hai kya?

Maan gets closer....

Geet: haan, ye sab kaun doyega?

Maan: Nakul kal dodega Geet

Geet: raat bar aaise chodoge?

Maan: haan

Geet: aap jao, mein doke aathi hoon

Geet starts scrubbing and Maan joins her by washing the dishes.....

Maan never knew sharing the daily chore could be so much fun....

Geet ke paas paas rehke Maan ko nahut sukhoon mila.....

Geet couldn't sleep as she is still thinking about Maan....

She turns and looks at Aditi's dress....

It's Sunday, 22nd Mar.....

It's nationwide curfew and everyone is at home....

The ladies are having a rest day as announced by Annie after a long wedding week...

They are just going to chill at the pool and the boys are in-charge of the kids....

Vicky escaped to his in-laws with Tara...

Annie has strictly ordered Kiran not to help the men at any cost....

After tea the girls gang including Dadi jump into the pool....

Arjun and Maan has to sta with the kids till they wake-up get them ready and give them breakfast...

The ladies have packed some sandwiches and juices for breakfast to the pool.....

Nakul will prepare dal chawal, roti sabji and lassi for lunch while the dinner is on the boys....

Barbeque night.....

Maan is an expert barbeque chef....

It's all Annie's idea....

Arjun has experience in taking care of Diya alone.... Annie has trained him good....

Let's see how Maan fairs in parenting....

At the pool....

Geet just sits on the edge and stays safe for she doesn't know swimming...

Annie gives her the swim ring and asks her to get inside the water....

Geet hesitates...

Annie: Geet even Diya is not so scared of the waters, come on in, just try it

Geet gets in the pool with the ring...

Once she is confident that she won't drown she enjoys the swim....

Annie: Geet, tum ne swimming kyun nahi seekha?

Geet tells that her Darji dropped her in the well when she was a kid during one summer vacation as he vowed to teach Geet swimming that time without fail...

But Geet started to panic and started to struggle in the water...

While the men stood there watching so that she'll try and swim Geet's mausi jumped into the well and pulled her out....

The next day Darji banned the ladies and so it's only going to be the kids with the men....

Geet was so scared that she ran for her life and hid in a friend's place leaving the whole family in fear of losing their child....

There was a search for Geet the whole day and everyone thought of even going to the police...

Geet returned after sunset so there would be no swimming...

That was the last time she entered the water....

When Geet told her story everyone has a good laugh...

Kiran: Geet, yahan aap ko koi force nahi karega, aap ghoom ho gaye toh hum Dev ko kya jawaab denge?

Even Kiran teases Geet.....

Annie: don't worry Geet, tum Aditi ke saath seekh lena

Geet is embarrassed.... She has to learn swimming someday....

Maan understands her urgency....

Maan takes her to the toilet and puts her down....

Maan gets out and waits....

But Aditi is standing there looking at the door....

Maan enters the room again and tries to help her....

Maan can't understand anything....

ye kaise chakkar hai? meri sipper, meri potty, ab potty bhi alag aatha hai kya?

Maan: sweetie, sab ka ek hi potty hotha hai

Aditi: nahi

Maan: nahi

Maan looks at her helplessly....

Ab Maan naya potty kahan se layega?

Aditi is nodding her head left and right stubbornly.....

Ye subhe subhe kya musibat hai?

Maan thinks he has to call Geet now.... ye apne bas ka kaam nahi lagtha..... haina?

Maan is wondering what to do.....

Aditi pulls his jogger and shows him something.....

Maan looks up and finds a kid's toilet seat there....

Maan takes that and looks at it.... isse kya karenge?

Aditi snatches it from him and places over the toilet....

Now Aditi pulls Maan's jogger again and asks him to put her on her potty....

Maan helps her and is relieved that finally they have completed one task successfully....'

Maan decides that he should let Aditi lead him as she is the pro here....

Maan: toh Aditi ab kya karegi?

Aditi acts like brushing her teeth.....

Maan pehle hi Aditi se poochletha iss bar.....

Maan: Aditi ka brush kahan hai

Aditi shows her bunny tooth brush....

Maan takes that and then looks at Aditi....

Maan: ab Aditi ka paste bhi hoga?

Aditi: haan

Maan: ye wala, Maan takes a strawberry flavored one and shows it to Aditi....

Aditi: ye toh Geet ka hai

Maan is surprised to see Geet using that..... Geet bhi koi bache se kam nahi hai......

Maan: toh aapka kaunsa hai

Maan lifts her and lets her choose.....

Aditi takes out the other one, the cartoon brand.....

Maan helps her brush.....

Maan sighs that they passed the next level......

Maan: now Aditi'll take a bath, haina?

Aditi: nahi, aap ko kuch bhi patha nahi

Maan smiles..... haan, aap teek kehthe hai, mujhe kuch bhi patha nahi

Aditi gets out of the rest room....

Maan follows her..... she takes her sipper and drinks water.....

Geet has trained her well..... Maan ko lagtha hai ki Maan ka koi kaam nahi hai.....

Maan: ab kya aap yoga karoge?

Aditi: yoga kya hai?

Maan: aap ke mama se poochna, ussne aap ko yoga kaise nahi sikhaya?

Aditi: hmm

Maan: ab Aditi kya karegi?

Aditi thinks for a moment.....

Aditi: mama ke paas jaayegi

Maan: abhi nahi

Aditi: abhi jaayegi

Maan lifts her and takes her to the mirror....

Maan: dekho, Aditi kaise lag rahi hai?

Aditi looks at herself in Maan's tee....

Maan: Aditi aaise jayegi? nahi na?

Aditi: nahi

Maan: pehle hum tayaar honge, phir jayenge

Maan takes her to bath....

Maan is enjoying his little princess's antics a lot.... He feels bad that he missed all this for so long....

The ladies are having fun playing in the pool.....

Geet is enjoying full on without worrying much about Aditi....

Maan haina uske paas.... kabhi Maan ko bhi apna responsibilities apne upar lena padega.....

What does he think? His responsibility as a parent is just about financial support, how could he think that he can compensate his absence by giving money?

It's not about just money, money can't be a substitute for a father, haina?

Geet wants Maan to realize what he has snatched from Aditi's childhood.....

Kiran: patha nahi woh donno bachon ko kaise sambalthe honge?

Annie: aap kyun chintha karthe ho? sab sambal lenge

Kiran: Arjun toh phir bhi sambal lenge par Maan kaise sambal payenge?

Annie: aap ko hamesha aapki bete ki chintha hai, bhai bade se badon ko bhi kaise aasani se sambalthe? ek choti si bachi ko nahi sambalenge?

Kiran: Geet, Aditi zyada tang toh nahi karegi?

Geet: unko Aditi sambal legi

Ye baat toh Geet ne teek kaha hai.....

Geet toh kab se intezaar kar rahi hai ki kab Maan apna har maanke Aditi ko Geet ke paas hi lekhe aayega.....

Geet ko kya patha ki Maan itne jaldhi se har maane walon se nahi hai, kahin woh Aditi ka mamla ho ya Geet ka, Maan toh apne tareeke se kissi ko bhi asaani se apna kardega....

Ye Geet kaise bhool gayi?.... issiliye Maan Geet ko apne kamaal dikhana chahtha hai.....

Maan puts Aditi in the bath tub and opens the tap....

It's cold water.... Aditi shivers....

Aditi: ye toh tanda hai

Maan then adjusts the temperature....

Aditi starts splashing the water....

Maan too joins her....

Maan becomes a kid playing with Aditi....

After shower Maan takes the towel and tries to dry Aditi's hair.....

Aditi hates when someone touches her hair....

She starts crying loudly.....

Maan panics and tries to stop her .....: chup bilkul chup

ye toh Geet ke saath kaam karega, Aditi ke saath nahi....

Maan: kya hua? kyun roh rahe hai aap?

Aditi keeps crying and Maan puts his hand on her mouth to shut her....

Aditi bites Maan's hand and Maan immediately pretends to be crying louder than Aditi....

Aditi stops crying and is afraid that Maan would complain to Geet.....

Aditi catches his hand and looks at the bite mark....

Maan pretends to be in pain.....

Aditi: bahut dukhta hai?

Maan: nahi

Aditi: Geet se mat kehna

Maan: nahi kahunga, aap rona mat

Aditi: teek hai

Maan: aaj Aditi ye dress pehenegi

Maan takes out a cute white frock for her....

It's Aditi's favorite too....

Aditi gets ready soon and they go to have breakfast......

Diya and Arjun are already there....

Maan is half wet after giving a bath to Aditi....

Arjun smiles looking at Maan.....

Maan: good morning Arjun

Arjun: good morning bhai, lagtha hai Aditi ke saath saath aap ne bhi aada naha liya hai

Just then Maan looks at his wet clothes.....

Maan didn't even realize that his clothes are wet as he was busy with Aditi....

Arjun: bhai aap jao, change karke aao

Maan: it's OK Arjun, let Aditi eat, she must be hungry, haina Aditi?

Aditi: nahi mujhe bhook nahi hai

Maan: Aditi, what do you want?

Aditi: mujhe mama ke paas jaana hai

Maan: haan haan, jaathe hain, pehle kuch khalo, Diya bete, aap kya kha rahe ho?

Diya: papaya

Maan: very good, Aditi ko bhi papaya pasand hai

Maan gives the papaya to Aditi....

She eats a couple of pieces....

Then Maan asks Nakul to get his cereal for he is also hungry....

Aditi wants that....

Maan is happy that she is eating something.....

Arjun: ye log abhi tak kya kar rahe hai?

Maan: patha nahi, Annie ne kaha ki it's their day and we shouldn't disturb them

Arjun: ye Vicky toh bach gaya

Maan: usse pehle hi patha chal gaya hoga?

Arjun: haan bhai, kash mujhe bhi ek hint detha

Maan: ab kya karna hai?

Arjun: aaj Sunday haina? toh Diya ka cartoon day hai

Maan: kya?

Arjun: Annie has allowed DIya to watch TV only on Sundays

Maan: I don't know what's Aditi's Sunday plans are?

Arjun: don't worry bhai, sare bache cartoon dekhthe hai

They switch on the TV.... Looney Toons show....

The kids watch TV while the men take a break.....
