Yes she's wearing the same.

But it more of looked like a promo shot as Ahaan had 2 pair of clothes one was a blazer then the hoodie.

Previously, I did think it was only for promo but today after seeing Ishqi's clothes, I thought there might be a scene. I hope we at least we get the bedroom one where both are tensed and emotional. The blazer one is not required. 😆
