yeah it comes in flour also, but u need to add thoda say wheat flour in it or else its hard to bind and even if it binds its like papad to eat,
So usually I mix jow, wheat onions, chilies, ginger, coriander, slat, jeera, red chili powder, sesame seeds, kale til, and then make a roti 😆

hmare yha we make ragi kae aate ki roti ( kodfe ka aata bolte hai) with wheat flour some people use only ragi ka aata too

and sometimes I mix both along with rice aata wheat and the ingredients its the Maharashtraian chapati we were discussing that day
