They did manhandle Emon during Alta and Chilli grinding?Did they instigate Rono against Emon? And Bhavani did interfere between Rono's parents relationship? And did they really care for Rono at all?

Apart from the fact that the Chatterjees were orthodox, there has got to be a solid reason why Rono is the way he is. From the few scenes I saw (although I don't understand the language) - he seems to be somewhat of a loner, learnt to suppress his needs, sub-consciously imbibed abusive traits (from his father in KD too?), gets influenced by his family etc. The original does seem to touch upon these questions....but I want to know the basis upon which Rono's character and his flaws were explored in the original.

The way Chavans are written on the other hand, Virat seems to have grown up in an out-and-out abusive household.

Ignore if my question is too cumbersome. My mind always comes up with too many questions...

Yes they're bad. They did make grind Imon chillies and same with Alta, but the drama it was less in KD than Ghum. Drama is the worst in Ghum. Kaku didn't interfere in their relationship, it was Rono's parents' insecurity that made their relationship worse. I guess they'll state the same in future track as they're copying word to word. If you remember the hospital sequence, in Ghum, where Ninad told Patralekha to be like Vahini, in KD it was same but out of respect. The vaada kaand too, they didn't especially Kaku didn't presume that Rono and Rupkotha had so many things between them, she thought that to be Imon's insecurity after seeing them talking with each other. Rono was the Raja beta of the house, no doubt. He didn't get insulted like Virat for marrying Imon, never cared about his family thinks unlike Virat went to say sorry to Baba, Kaku and Omi kaka after marriage. There was no guilt for Badshah, even there was, it was less. But yes, he was an introvert character, who wanted to be loved and insecured for Imon's love. Even his mother was somewhat cold to him, unlike Ashwini who loves Virat unconditionally. Like he got fever when he heard Imon doesn't love him, so he was a bit sensitive too. But yes, his family did have a effect on his upbringing like he wasn't good towards the people of Sundorpur (Imon's native place) and was kinda ordering towards Bhanu (Usha Maushi) too. Rono's father was less abusive than Ninad. He verbally insulted his mother and Rono for that reason wasn't that much close to his father, if you remember Ninad telling the same that Virat never liked him insulting his mother . Rono was an egoistic, a borderline MCP, spinless person. But not that worst ML.

Yup they made Virat a better version of Rono, but in order to copy paste everything, they ruin Virat

My worst complaint with this show is exactly what you have said. Sometimes they copy-paste and other times they add in their own touches (which are by the way the highlights of the show) developing Virat to be an amazing person. It creates for inconsistencies. Hopefully suicide and character assassination kaands don't happen.

It was kinda moderate and Rono was teasing Imon a lot which then angered Imon and she snapped about how their marriage is a deal

But from the precap looks like it will be different here?

I just really hope Veeru moves away from his usual zimidaari dialogues in response to Sai's question

They will have a small tiff over her male friend and virat becomes protective. She expects him to say something like he being possessive of her but he says he is her guardian. Virat had serious issues with choosing words 😳

Next day they will be fine again but with unresolved feelings 😜
