Another sad chapter. But at least Kirti is being honest and introspecting .
"When the dam of her heart is inundated by the hurt, people or the Universe, hurl at her, she buckets some of that, flinging it at him; flooding him with wretchedness, and cruelties from her side, making him equally miserable. And he takes all of it unflinchingly, silently, and uncomplainingly. He lets her hit out at him until she is a spent bag of bony mass. "
A realisation, a start that how she with her behavior and insecurities has contributed in how wretched her relationship is with Nishit. Irrespective of what Rimjhim said or implied to her...she owes to him not to speak with so much indifference and spite.
Kirti again finds some excuse or other to convince herself that Nishit feelings for her is transient or non existent 😏
Dadi is awake or sort of 😍 Like a couple both were there to listen to the progress from the doctor. 😊
So Mayank offered marriage when he overheard Nishit proposal. He has no interest in Kirti so it is not out of jealousy. He works as a model in Nishit firm...so has Nishit misbehaved with him after his engagement to Kirti (given he has the girl he loves ).
Is there anyone who wants the two to be together 🙄 Not Kirti with all her insecurities. Oh yes Nishit, Buta, Dadis (both of them) and Matilda, Sylvester and Diana and Karen. More than a few rooting.for them 😊
Thank you for writing and posting so many chapters. These were beautifully written. 😘
Oh is it. He means he will.find Kirti ! This one will still be around..he needs a life 😊
More so because the person inflicting the pain was suffering as much as the bearer. 😍😍
Does Urmi want to buy the house? Not sure if she thinks this is redemption of sorts but is it not too late to mend broken relationships?
I don't get why Mayank is so upset with Kirti. Like Kirti said, he was not forced at gun point to marry her. He had left hearing her plea, then why did he come back and say yes? What made him change his decision?
Was Hardik (indirectly Urmi) responsible for him to return?
I feel like everyone takes their own decisions in this story and instead of owning up to the consequences of their decisions, they blame Kirti for it. Be it Tejas or Mayank, both are the same in many aspects. As long as their boat is sailing smoothly, they are nice to Kirti, once their boat rocks, it is Kirti's fault?
Nishit was/is part of Kirti's life much more than she had thought or understood.
It is not just Rimjhim who has made Kirti move away from Nishit, infact it was just once that Rimjhim said that, but all along it was majorly Tejas who has always made sure they were away from each other. Then Shruti too played a major role in filling Kirti's mind with all kind of suspicions and doubts about Nishit. Sana too played her minor role.
Problem is Kirti and Nishit have always been led by others when it came to their feelings for each other. Kirti had her own insecurities and maybe that played a major role in keeping Nishit at a distance along with her friends and I am guessing Kirti's blow cold attitude always made Nishit feel insecure or unwanted and so he too kept himself away from her.
Even now, while Kirit knows the entire truth, she will keep Nishit away, as she has a lot of baggage and does not want to burden him with it, and he thinks she does not want him.
Were you the one to send me the notes? I know it’s so long back and silly but I need to know. Are you the one to send Buta? Did you send those candies? Do you go to visit Dadi every Sunday evening, leaving your smell lingering in your after-wake? Why do you care? Is it more than fulfilling an obligation, a promise given to a bedridden old woman? Do you also feel this weird equation between us? What is it, do you know? Why are you so kind at times and so cruel at other times?
By the above stage, I feel Kirti was observing her life as an outsider and she was trying to reason out where all Kirti had gone wrong in understanding him or assessing him.
Look at that Kirti, she told herself looking at the shadows, etch it to your memory because that’s the only kind of union you are getting in this life. Unreal, intangible, and one that has no existence.
But in the given moment, neither could it be erased or destroyed just because certain mothers didn’t like you in their son’s spheres, a voice whispered. Let it be known to her that in time and space, this union - even if it was intangible, and lasted only for a minuscule second - is indelibly imprinted; and Rimjhim Ma’am can do nothing about it.
Something she wants and something she could have had, but did not get it, for various reasons and again observing this as an outsider and imagining what if it was real as an outsider, I really hope Kirti is not going into depression.
A person can be as strong as they can be, but everyone breaks at one point or the other. Every person has their set elastic limits and any stretch beyond that, it just snaps. I hope Kirti has not reached that point where it's all downhill later on.
Finally, what did Urmi see in the photos in Nishit's room? Why did she take that pic? What does she want from Nishit now?
Ultimately why the change of heart about him, from almost pursuing him to the almost maternal instincts?
Also one last point, Tejas need help, like institutional help. He needs to see some good doctors ASAP.
Thank you for all the wonderful chapters GN.
Thank you soo much for posting many chapters at once
I come back to check again and again , whether I ve missed out on something.

Lovely comment Kavi!
I wouldn't blame Shruti too much; she was operating from a point where she sees Kirti, who had considered herself in love with Tejas for the longest time, post his engagement, showing an interest in Nishit his cousin. Both of them belonging to a social class vastly different. Plus what she knows about Nishit is from Kirti, who has felt from school days that he betrayed her in some ways. I think it was more of getting her to think before making the leap. Not that she was always right, she had thought Mayank was interested in Kirti. When he only saw the two of them as friends. The maximum damage was done without a doubt by Tejas. All the information that Kirti had about Nishit came from him. Like about his so called girlfriends. The second would be Sana, who I get the feeling was always jealous of the attention Kirti got without really working for it or realizing it. Like with both Tejas and Nishit. She was the one who let out the information about Kirti's parents. Who told her, I get the feeling it was Tejas rather than Nishit. Or Tejas was the one who instigated her to put out the information that Nishit had told her in confidence, thinking she'll keep it to herself.

Is there a new page? Sorry, I have no idea about it.
And is it necessary to shift? Too lazy...

As far as I know, not really. It has a “Wattpad” feel, the interface. And it is easier to navigate between chapters. But for interaction this might be better, or so I think😆
